Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia, tenia toallas, cepillo de dientes y secador.

Cons:

El desayuno fue nefasto, me encontré todas las bandejas puestas en mesa que seguramente estarían preparadas horas atrás, no estaban cubiertas, todo era fritura, la comida estaba fría, un café de maquina para beber o agua, nadie en la cocina o quien atendiera.

地點幾近市中心, 15分鐘內可以行至心齋橋.

早餐選擇性比較少. 主要是日式早餐. 如果有提供西式茶及綠茶會較理想. 方包沒有多士爐,及牛油提供.

2度と利用しないです。
Pros:

バスタブが大きい。

Cons:

エアコンが部屋のサイズにあってなくて出力最大にしないとほぼ効かない。
お湯も42℃以上は上がらないので冬場は中々体があたたまらない。
食堂も寒い、しかも塩、醤油、ケチャップなど基本的な調味料も置いてない。唯一ドレッシングだけある。おかずは味無しで食べなくてはいけない。白米はなくお粥だけ。あとコーヒーと味噌汁は半分位に薄めてる感じ。
食事中にスタッフが食堂を横切る時にいちいち見られます。まるで監視されてる様でした。
全体的にかなり手抜きだと感じました。

トイレ以外、満足です。
Pros:

駅近、客室が綺麗だった。

Cons:

トイレの臭い匂いが廊下までするので、トイレの床マットを定期的によく洗ったほうがよいと思います。またウォシュレットのお尻洗浄部分が汚いので、使用したいと思えない。

アクセスは良いが、もう少し綺麗にしてほしい。日本人向けではなく海外の観光客の方が多い。

道頓堀など観光地へのアクセスが良い

Cons:

清掃が不十分で部屋の中に誰かの付け爪が落ちていた。バスタオルに髪の毛が絡まっていた。また、朝食会場では台拭きが置いておらず食べかすが机の上に残っていた。
