During my stay, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Mahadi. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. His positive attitude and dedication made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

I went at 10 am , check in is at 3 pm unlike other hotels. No water in the room you need to go outside to use a dispenser. I was given a noisy room overlooking the road could not sleep a wink. I asked to be given another, fully booked I was told. The lobby smells of cigarettes, no fridge, room not spacious. To top it all off was charged an extra 10 RM, and the towels not what you would expect from a three stars. Walls a bit dirty.

Cons:

Very bad service experience. At 3:00 AM there was no water supply in the room. We tried calling the reception multiple times but no one answered. We had to go down to the reception twice to inform about the issue, but the receptionist said they could not do anything at that time and mentioned that room service would check in the morning between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM.

We waited during the stated time, but there was still no update. We went down again to complain, and when the room service came, they also could not solve the issue. In the end, they gave us a new room, but we still needed to check out at 12 PM.

The night receptionist did not take proper action and also failed to inform the morning shift about the issue. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
