Cons:

This was an extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable stay.

When the three of us first checked in, the first room assigned could not even be opened, which already wasted a significant amount of our time and energy. We were forced to change rooms, but the issues did not end there — the water heater in the second room was seriously faulty and could barely function properly.

What made the situation even more outrageous was that on the second day at around 5:30 AM, while we were showering, the moment we turned on the hot water, the entire room experienced a power trip. We were suddenly left in complete darkness without electricity, which was not only extremely inconvenient but also a clear safety hazard.

We immediately contacted the hotel for assistance, but the response was extremely disappointing. The staff showed poor efficiency, and their communication came across as dismissive and lacking basic service professionalism. Shockingly, the hotel claimed that there were no rooms available for replacement, and could only temporarily move us to another room that did not even have water for showering.

This is simply unacceptable. A hotel that cannot even guarantee basic necessities such as electricity and water should not be operating at this standard. Furthermore, the hotel failed to demonstrate any sense of responsibility or professionalism in handling the situation.

From the beginning to the repeated issues, the entire experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and poorly managed. It severely affected our rest and overall experience, and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s maintenance and management standards.

Barato con descuento aunque no lo repetiríamos

La bañera fallaba y mojaba todo el baño
De las peores almohadas y cama que nos hemos alojado, incluso usamos una toalla como almohada por lo duras y altas que eran

Brilliant ataff ... so helpful. ..sorted out an extra day as my flight was delayed ... very helpful chap (originally from shri Lanka) really pleased ..

All the staff were helpful ...
