Brilliant ataff ... so helpful. ..sorted out an extra day as my flight was delayed ... very helpful chap (originally from shri Lanka) really pleased ..

All the staff were helpful ...

Cons:

Bo answer on booking.com when I asked to sort out an extra day ...so shame on whoever is incharge who didn't reply to 4 messages...
