Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant surtout les serveurs du buffet.

La vue de l'hôtel est très sympa, elle donne en partie sur les montagnes.

Le balcon est sympa.

Cons:

Je trouve que le spa est un peu décevant car des éléments étaient en panne lorsque j'y étais. Après c'était quand même très agréable.

шум в номере. угловой номер на 6 этаже с видом на ресторан .Вытяжки на кухне или холодильники , но громко . так же ночью громко, балкон не открыть.

Great bed. Shame about shortage of staff in restaurant and their attitude when they made mistakes.
Pros:

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. The wash basin didn’t drain well and this was reported but unless the plug was completely removed it did not drain.

Cons:

The spa had rain dripping through the ceiling and buckets in sone places to gather the drips and not in others. It didn’t feel clean or fresh.
