Das Zimmer war modern - die Flasche Wein zu meinem Geburtstag

Ich- wir können die vorangegangenen Bewertungen nicht teilen - wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel- sehr unfreundliches Personal außer Oscar an der Rezeption und die Reinigungskräfte - bei den anderen kein Hallo kein Lächeln - bei der Zuweisung des Tisches beim Frühstück wird einem hinterhergemault- Kaffeemaschine war kaputt- bin mit dieser zur Rezeption wurde ich angemault warum ich mit dieser hierher komme -nur durch Einschreiten eine Reinigungskraft habe ich eine neue bekommen - sonst vermutlich bis heute nicht - Zimmer mit kl.Küche war im Nebengebäude- dieses wird wie ein Stiefkind behandelt- Pool area nicht gesäubert-die Aussenflächen waren sehr rutschig da das Wasser nicht abgezogen wird - sondern stundenlang Wasserpfützen stehen - die Aussicht nicht besonders auf eine Großbaustelle - Lärm- Reinigungskraft lässt die Balkontüre auf ist zwar der 10 Stock gewesen -Klima war nicht an aber die Türe gehört einfach zu - nach mehrmaligem an der Rezeption mitteilen das der Toilettensitz kaputt ist - passierte Nix und das bei einer Nacht von 175€ !
