Primera y última vez en este hotel
Pros:

Las instalaciones se notaba que eran nuevas y no había aglomeraciones de gente, se estaba sin agobios.

Cons:

Se rompió el aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes y no se podía comer del calor que hacía, y estuvimos así 4 días hasta que pusieron ventiladores; una gestión poco eficiente teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel 4 estrellas, y lo mismo ocurría en los ascensores. Por otro lado, reservamos la suite presidencial y un día nos pusieron las sábanas sucias.
Al final son cosas que pueden pasar pero, en mi opinión, muchos despistes e ineficiencias para la categoría que se supone que tiene el hotel

El personal del comedor chapo. Con la q habia por el aire acondionado y aguantaron como jabatos.

Cons:

Estuvimos toda la estancia con averia en aire acondicionado en el comedor y ya llevaban dias. Era inviable comer. Pienso q tenian q tener un plan B para este tipo de problemas.
En las habitaciones la limpieza un poco justa. El ultimo dia movimos las cortinas y habia un calcetin q no era nuestro, creo q con esto digo todo

Repetir y repetir siempre que pueda. De lujo espectacular, mi pareja esta que repite y quiere volver el primer brindis con el vino fue por volver y en agosto lo haremos.

Nos asignaron habitaciones deluxe sin haberlo escogido.
El todo incluido normal incluye bastantes bebidas.
Las piscinas están muy bien, el spa también.

El personal de 10, buena ubicación, las piscinas. Las habitaciones amplias. Los animadores muy bien.

Cons:

Que se estropeó el aire acondicionado en el comedor y ha estado varios días sin funcionar. Falta de personal en cocina y siempre había que esperar mucho para que reponieran la comida. La limpieza de la zona de la piscina, no se limpian las mesas de entre las hamacas ni el suelo que está pegajoso. Falta de sombrillas.

Las habitaciones que nos asignaron en luxor.
El edificio nuevo contiguo. La comida muy buena, el acceso a piscinas y lo bien que estaba el agua y la atención del personal.

Que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en las estancias comunes y en la habitación regular y eso en Julio pues dejó mucho que desear para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Sudamos la gota gorda.
