The floor was a bit dirty, looks like it wasn’t wiped out my socks were totally brown

Θα θέλαμε ίσως να υπήρχε παρουσία από υπηρεσία καθαρισμού μετά από κάποιες ημέρες τουλάχιστον για τα σκουπίδια.

Where do I begin... The check in was inefficient - the given code was not working to enter the apartment. Then, there was no iron even though it's mentioned in the item list of the apartment, there is also no washing machine... For this price, you can't just not have facilities to do laundry! Also, the black kitchen towel, the sponge and the black face towel in the bathroom reacked of dampness. It was unusable! The sofa was really uncomfortable - when you sit down - you can feel the wooden carcass that its made out of.

Alles perfekt.

Para dos personas es un apartamento de 10, para tres si la estancia es larga el sofá puede ser algo incómodo para dormir.

Getting into the building is a nightmare. It’s the only place we stayed in during our month stay in Mexico that didn’t have a reception or a physical concierge
You have to rely on 2 codes to get in and to your room- which often don’t work. There is a phone no. for help - we rang this in desperation but nobody answered
We were lucky that another guest came along and got us in
It’s not what you need after a long trip and then you go out for the evening and stress that ur not going to get back in
Shower pressure is not great but it does work

La cocina no tiene hervidor de agua y para hervir agua hace falta usar la cocina que es muy antigua y tarda más de 40’ para hervir agua . Una kettle es fundamental para hervir agua y hacerte un té . No se puede estar esperando más d media hora que hierba el agua en en un fogón tan antiguo . Luego no hay abridor de vino no hay tijeras y cuando llegas solo hay dos sobres de té . No hay ni un sobre para el primer día tener café . No hay botellas de agua ( ninguna ) para recibir a los huéspedes . Considerando el calor que hace en este país dos mini botellas de agua para recibir sería de agradecer . Hay una jarra de agua que está llena pero no se sabe de donde proviene. Al no conseguir hervir agua tampoco sugiero a los que llegan al apartamento beber agua que no está sellada. El personal de limpieza es maravilloso. La dirección o la política de empresa en cuanto al check out es nada adecuada a la necesidad de los viajeros . Hay que salir d o apartamento si o si a las 11 am . Como la mayoría de los vuelos de largo radio todos los vuelos salen de tarde . Así pues mi marido y yo nos vimos fuera del apartamento a las 11 am mientras que volábamos 20 pm . Pedí dejar nuestras maletas bajo llave en algún lugar ya que nos ofrecieron un cuarto sin llave . Me costó mucho conseguir dejar nuestro equipaje bai llave . Al final el equipo de limpieza fueron los que nos ayudaron . Decir para finalizar que incómodo resulta hacer un vuelo de 20 h en conexión sin poderte dar una ducha ya que salir de la habitación tan pronto implicó llegar al aeropuerto muy incómodos antes de nuestras 20 h de trayecto . Deberían facilitar un baño y o ayuda a los huéspedes antes de volar en esas condiciones.

Entiendo el concepto del departamento, solo me parece que sería un buen gesto dejar un par de botellas de agua a los huéspedes, ya que para quien viene de otro país no hay costumbre de tomar agua de la llave (solo lo hago en mi país) y había una jarra con un plástico encima, pero no da seguridad para beberla. Se agradece cuando uno llega de un largo viaje.

Nada...porqué todo fue excelente para nosotros.

I'm not sure if this is the fault of the building or a more common phenomenon in cdmx, but the water pressure in the shower was very weak and made it difficult to wash my hair. The water also tended to be either very hot or very cold and it was difficult to maintain a comfortable middle.
There was no iron in the room despite it being advertised on booking.com.

Es war nachts sehr laut durch die Straße in der Nähe.

The apartment seems to have bad air flow even with windows open, and I found it a bit stuffy and hot at night. As a result of windows being open, we found the noise from the street loud.
My body didn't seem to like the bedding, and I didn't sleep very well. That is likely just me as my partner didn't find it as troublesome.
We didn't use the fan because the temperature normalized towards the early hours of the morning and it wasn't needed then.
I suspect my "issues" aren't shared by others.
