Would never come back. Felt like there might be bed bugs

Close to the hospital

Cons:

It was very very dirty. They didn’t even change the set there was stain and hair on the bed. It smelt so bad

My overall stay was sorta pleasant, a few of our face towels were dirty with makeup on them, and the walls of the shower
Pros:

It was a very convenient locator my medical appointment early in the a.m.

Cons:

The cart for our luggage was broken. My husband and I attempted to discuss this matter with front staff(night), but she seemed unbothered and didn’t entertain our need to inform us that there’s another cart somewhere throughout the building. My husband and I noticed another cart on another floor/level of the hotel.
Also another guest’s car was vandalized during our stay resulting in the police coming out to do a report! It was very sad… and freezing!
