Price was excellent.
Pros:

Only stayed one night. Noisy, no safety bars in the shower, toilet to short. No luggage cart available when needed at 5am. Had to come back in to check out after 7am. Still no luggage cart available at that time either.

Cons:

Read above statement. Would not recommend this establishment at all.

Felt right at home. Great staff and great location
Pros:

The location is great if you have a loved one in and out of appointments at any of the surrounding hospitals/clinics. Although there isn't a shuttle service, Uber gives you pretty decent rates.Great way to get around and get to know the city. Staff were absolutely wonderful and very sweet! Felt like I was right at home.

Cons:

A side from the no shuttle service. I do wish they could upgrade the breakfast bar a bit. There is alot of foot traffic through there. Bigger breakfast bar, happier guest. I was told that this location is now under new management and you can absolutely tell the difference. Don't knock em till you try em !

We stay overnight when we have morning hospital appointments. So location is perfect for us.

The room had a bad odor, I found cigarette ashes behind the tv, my first set of sheets had hair and what looked like toenail clippings in them and the sheets had a bad odor

Bathroom sink didn't work, light switch didn't work and sparks of electricity was coming thru the switch. Very dangerous. Also no hot breakfast very disappointing

Shitty Hotel
Pros:

That it was so close to MD ANDERSON

Cons:

The hotel was dirty. We had to switch rooms because the first rooms shower door was broken and the refrigerator didn't work and we lost about $70 worth of food due to the refrigerator not working. We switched rooms, but the air conditioners in the second room wouldn't stay on and kept turning off by themselves. The TV didn't work properly as well. The light in the bathroom didn't work and maintenance had to come completely replace the lights. Also the hallways REEKED like Marijuana.
