Disappointed
Pros:

Don’t know the reservation was canceled right before we arrived. We booked it for an arrival time between 2a-3a since driving in from almost 3 hrs away due to first grandbaby being born. Showed up at 2:10a and was told reservation was canceled due to us arriving after 2am

Surprisingly pleasant
Pros:

Coffee was good. Juice or fruit options would have been nice. But for the price I couldn't complain

Toilets are very low. Im 5' 7' . They are difficult to use when that low

Good value
Pros:

Spacious room, good value for the price and location right next to MDAnderson. Walkable to medical center. Allowed us to park there for a few hours after checkout.

The stay was horrible and I should get a refund on at least one room!

Nothing. The whole experience was horrible!

Cons:

I didn’t like the filth, the flooring rolling up in the bathroom. They tried to glue it back down however it continued to roll and had a dead roach stuck in the glue. Many hairs from multiple people were stuck in it as well. The ac unit took all night to cool the room and it leaked and I woke up to a soaked and soppy floor! The light above the stove did not work. The door lock had an extra piece added to it that the screws were coming out. The TV had color issues and made the screen blue and we were not able to fix it through the TV options. The pool closed down completely for the night and the grandkids had nothing to do.

We told front desk our TV didn't work and they never sent anyone or changed it out. The trash cans all over were overflowing. And the grab n go breakfast wasn't much.

Older hotel that lost its luster years ago.

Cons:

One of the A/C units need Freon and the other one leaking water. Older Hotel, door to the room out of alignment, only could lift on the handle to close. Toilet seat mounting bolt needs serious tightening.
