Nice place.
Pros:

Room is comfortable, the bathroom is really nice, I liked the whole vibe of the place.

Cons:

Can't say I disliked anything, I liked it all.

Good location, comfortable room. Poor breakfast had to eat it in reception.

The price was decent but I should have paid the extra $$ for peace of mind.

The location was close enough for my needs.

Cons:

I didn’t feel safe at all. The doors didn’t lock properly at night, it was secured by 3 screws and if anyone applied force they could come right in. The utensils were mismatched, the equipment was rusted, the recliner had old hair in it, and the pull out sofa was dirty. The front desk stated there was breakfast available but I didn’t receive anything on Friday morning.

Adequate but Disappointing.
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, including pillows (which is unusual). A/C was on when I entered room, which was nice as the room was already cool.

Cons:

Pool was "closed for maintenance" and it looked like it had been closed/unmaintained for quite some time. Disappointing, as the reason I chose this hotel instead of another is the pool looked enjoyable in photos. Room did not have an ice bucket or glasses (or ANY kitchen equipment, although I did not need that) and a light bulb was burned out. Room key card would only work once. I had to get it re-programmed every single time I returned to the hotel.

Good!
Pros:

Good location, close to NRG Stadium, with easy access to the train to downtown. Very good value for a last-minute reservation. The property has a pool and vending machine. (only) one restaurant nearby, (shawarma).

Cons:

Our first room had several issues, including a broken shower handle and a sofa bed that was stuck in the open position. They eventually moved us to another room the following day. The room could have been cleaner, and the A/C was very noisy.
Not that much facilities around the hotel except hospitals and train station (very useful btw)
