Please note that the access to the spa and indoor pool is available at an extra cost. Slippers, bathrobe and pool towel can be rented at an extra cost of EUR 5.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa.

Please note that the easiest way to reach the property is going through the city of Varese and not Switzerland.

Spa access is available on request and must be booked in advance.

Please note that air conditioning is available only from 09.06.2025 till 14.09.2025.

The restaurant will be closed on 12/25/25 - 12/31/25 - 01/01/26 open only in the evening. Spa hours for the holidays will be as follows: 25/12 from 14:00 to 20:00 31/12 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m 01/01 from 14:00 to 22:00.

There is an additional charge to use the spa: €35 ​​per person on December 31, 2025.

Fab love this hotel!
Pros:

The second time I have stayed at this hotel, we love the restaurant downstairs, top quality Italian food! I would eat there all the time if we lived there! The spa is also fab! Was too busy busy for our liking on recent visit but it was Valentine’s Day! I love that you can get a cocktail in the spa too!

They decorated the bed lovely for that too which was a nice surprise! Thankyou I hope to return again in the future.

La Spa è ben strutturata e offre molti servizi. Lo staff è molto gentile ed educato. Le stanze sono moderne, accoglienti ed eleganti e ho apprezzato la pulizia.

Staff gentile e premuroso, camera spaziosa e moderna, grande SPA ( aggiungendo un piccolo extra).
Comodo il ristorante all'interno.

Cons:

Pareti sottili nelle stanze.
In zona non c'è nulla, bisogna spostarsi a Lugano.
