Lorries turning engines over all night right outside the window, dirty walls, water pouring out of the bath over flow all night, poor shower

Have stayed before, was much as I expected, Good value for money.
Booked this family room in December of last year (8 months ago) only to be told when I arrived that the room was a double and no family / rooms with a sofa bed were available. Checked my booking and confirmed that the room I booked should have included a sofa bed. After pointing this out to the receptionist he blamed Booking.com. After further argument he agreed to find us a room with a sofa bed (I think he gave us one which had been booked by someone else, I don't know what happened to them)

Staff were friendly. Check-in was simple.
The room was very dirty, the bed looked ok but the sofa cushions were heavily stained, the floor was covered in "bits" including a discarded tissue under the sofa bed. It was only for one night so I just stayed quiet as the bed was clean but it was really hard and the sofa bed was way too soft, call me goldilocks 🤣 shame really, looks like it could be decent hotel that perhaps needs money.

Appartamento semplice e funzionale, pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentilissimo. Per il prezzo mi aspettavo una cosa diversa e invece siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla fuzionalita' e pulizia trovata. La gentilezza dei gestori, il fatto che sia pet friendly, il parcheggio comodo con colonnine di ricarica e la vicinanza di negozi e fast food e' direi perfetto per chi viaggia. Super consigliato.
All was clean and as expected. Was good position for us to get too, staff were polite and friendly. Food was good and we had no problems with our stay

Great place to stay has plenty of places to get snacks or even a evening meal at the mc d next door has a petrol station that’s 24 hr the hotel was quiet and clean and me and my gf had a great night stay slept well
As a moterbike rider having to type my number plate in twice wasn’t exactly ideal when the device wasn’t exactly great at touchscreen and I had to do it 4 times in total for both me and my gf bikes and the shower water pressure wasn’t very strong
