Staff are exceptional
Pros:

Very clean comfortable nights sleep. I must say the staff were incredibly helpful polite could not of helped me anymore with my booking very much appreciated.

Comfortable nights sleep, but lacking a few essentials.
Pros:

The bedroom had been recently updated and was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the motel was easy to find. The parking was good.

Cons:

The sofa had been made up as a bed so there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed. The bath was grubby; in fact the bathroom was in need of an overhaul. Perhaps put in a large shower rather than a bath. More hygienic. A picture in the bedroom would have been nice and china mug rather than cardboard. Also, a sachet of milk was missing.

Pros:

The girl at reception was extremely helpful, I had asked a few questions and she couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

The sofa bed may as well not had a mattress it was so thin, I could feel every bar in it, it wasn’t the cleanest but it was the comfort that was my main issue:

Good quick stay.
Pros:

Loved the location and hotel. Rooms were fine, nice clean and tidy. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

No aircon in the rooms, which wasn't great for the heatwave 🥵. Also the bed mattresses were pretty stiff.
