Pros:

Parking was free, room was warm and it was quiet and dogs were allowed.

Cons:

Their was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea/ coffee items.
The pull out mattress on the sofa was heavily stained and grubby and stained cushions also
Their was no sanitary bags in the bathroom - it was empty.
Overall room was grubby.

Basic but clean and convenient
Pros:

Conveniently located at the services with an array of shops/ fast food and also a shop that is open 24/7. Clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The beds aren't very comfortable. The mattresses are very hard.

I would avoid this place at all costs. We literally only wanted to sleep and that wasn’t even possible.

It wasn’t very clean at all. Could not walk around the room without shoes on as the floor was greasy. We booked for three people as a stop off while travelling and it honestly would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. The bed was literally concrete hard!! Didn’t manage to get to sleep until 4am and woke up at 6am because it was literally that uncomfortable!! The other bed in the room was a pull out bed which is fine but the springs stuck in you all night and the bar that went across the middle of the bed frame was in my friends spine all night as the mattress was so thin! The pillows were also paper thin and when we left in the morning, we could barely move! Two days later my back still hurts!

Cons:

Room felt neglected and not cleaned properly, curtain was hanging off the curtain rail. Bathroom again needed a very good clean.
