Location was close to the motorway, lovely staff.
Room was bland and basic, bed was uncomfortable, and no plugs next to the bed.

Staff very kind and helpful. We were changed to a groundfloor room because we had luggage and I' m nearly 80
Staff brought us extra milk for our tea and coffee.
I thought I had booked a family room providing a bed each for myself and travelling companion.
It was good to get a bed each.
The bedding was clean and cosy.
Worst thing was the unquenchable overpowering smell of smoke that despite the open windows must have penetrated the fabric of the room.
The springs on the sofa bed could be felt strongly through the thin matress.

The pull out mattress on the sofa was heavily stained and grubby and stained cushions also
Their was no sanitary bags in the bathroom - it was empty.

Conveniently located at the services with an array of shops/ fast food and also a shop that is open 24/7. Clean and well maintained.
The beds aren't very comfortable. The mattresses are very hard.
