Easy to reach
Blood on pull out mattress meant for a child no covers for pull out bed. room didnt look or feel clean double bed felt like concrete. Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable just not a very pleasant stay left as soon as we could.

We arrived late and left early as planned. All we needed was a bed for the night to continue our journey. It was as expected for a motorway services hotel.

Room was very cold when I got in, and still hadn't warmed up enough to be comfortable when I wanted to go to bed an hour later even with the heater on full.
The staff
I given a room that smells heavily cigarette, even though it was written no smoking, we couldn't sleep the whole night. Luckily, they changed it the next day. At night there were bunch of guys standing at the entrance of the motel smoking weed. The room is not cleaned properly, we had to wear socks all the time.
Good location in aservice station with shops and car chargers. Easy access to motorway. Good for a pit stop on the go
1- noisy (it is a service station so traffic is there all the time)
2- the bed had no douvet
3- there was a kettle but no cups, tea, or coffee
Make receptionist Wes friendly and professional
Some area a bit tired Mirror had faulty edges - black and crack and chip to washbasin. Toilet had a very poor flush system

The manager walking into our room without knocking.....
But now I know its a knocking shop.

It was unhygienic urine faeces hair blood and goodness knows what other body fluids on mattresses don’t let the white sheets fool you
Stopped only for overnight stay. Easy to access off motorway. Room clean and facilities close by.
Must admit that the mattress was like sleeping on concrete!
No frills motel. OK for a one night stay. Situated in service station with all the usual fare. Room was clean and reception staff were friendly. Decent wifi speed and was quiet overnight.
Mattress was really hard for my liking. No tablespoons providedwith tea / coffee making facilities, only a slim wooden stirrer.
