Chuveiro amovível sem funcionar (apenas o chuveiro fixo funcionava). Quando chegámos , o quarto estava com um cheiro intenso a lixívia ( o chão estava húmido ainda). Abrimos a janela enquanto fomos á praia e o cheiro passou.

No nos gustaron las habitaciones, habitaciones antiguas y deterioradas.

Die Toiletten im Erdgeschoss riechen extrem.
Die Frauen Toiletten am Pool waren in katastrophalen Zustand - einer war verstopft, in anderen fehlte Türschloss. Toilette selber war locker und wackelig. Gegen 11:00 Uhr Vormittag wurde es noch vom Tag davor noch nicht gereinigt und Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. Absolut dreckig(

Air conditioning didn't go lower than 19 degrees so rooms bit too warm at night

This year we got a room at the front of the hotel I think the balcony lacked privacy, I prefer the sea view balcony. There was no live entertainment at night.

Der beheizbare innenpool war nicht beheizt, die Zimmer waren schön, aber einige kleine Stellen hätten mal einen neuen Anstrich oder eine Ausbesserung nötig. Das hochgelobte Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig an Auswahl, aber geschmeckt hat es uns leider nicht sonderlich. Es war leider alles sehr fade im Geschmack. Außer das Obst, das hat wirklich sehr gut und frisch geschmeckt.

Hotel is very date carpets, bedrooms . We really enjoyed our stay dont get me wrong but needs an up grade

Les absences qui étonnent : pas de bouilloire dans les chambres (et le personnel de la réception s’en fiche), pas de douche à main dans les chambres, pas de casier dans la piscine… dommage

The air conditioning did not work

At check in , we hadn’t been allocated a sea view room as booked and had to wait for another room to be allocated albeit it was on the 4th floor ( we had requested a high floor room , so that was good )
We were disappointed with the room / balcony size . Smaller than expected and that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in room . We asked at reception and were told that we could pay €10 for a kettle but would have to supply our own tea/coffee / milk ….. bit much considering they are charging 4/5star prices .
I also had to request an iron and board ( which in my hotel experiences is usually in the wardrobe) and was asked to leave it outside the room door that evening ( I needed it for next two days as we were there for two events that required ironed outfits , so I just kept it )
The initial towels were nice and soft but once changed , we received hard threadbare towels that I would have left into a charity shop ! (Keep the 1st towels as long as possible ).
I found the beds very hard and did not get a good full nights sleep any night . This was compounded by the awful pool beds which were absolutely horrendous to lie on . They felt as if they were stretched to the limit which left them sagging and you could feel the plastic bar underneath……. No cushions. Even the beach ones were more comfortable to lie on ! And they were basic .
Under the couch needed a wet mop as there was a lot of dust there ( being asthmatic I am very sensitive to dust , but we gave it a bit of a wipe ourselves .
I thought after paying for the kettle and cups , the cups and tray would be wiped by room service when they did the room , but the tray with the used cups was not part of the deal obviously as they were not cleaned !
The breakfast was as expected from this grade hotel . Some areas needed updating .
I was generally disappointed with the hotel overall , mainly due to the beds both in the room and at the pool as neither were conducive to getting a good sleep .

O não ter aproveitado a piscina exterior devido às condições climáticas e acho que a temperatura da água da piscina interior devia ser mais quente.
