Overall we had a great experience sparking wine and a cake and room upgrade on arrival for my husbands special birthday
Cons:

Lack of bar staff in the evening. I understand it’s not the season as yet however could have been more on as they were going between serving at tables etc , when maybe someone could have been put on that service instead.to deliver drinks to free up at the bar . A couple of bar staff definitely need to be on top of customer service skills and add a smile 😊

Pros:

The hotel was nice the grounds were fantastic. Unfortunately it was to cold to sit round the outdoor pool. The rooms were comfortable and the food was nice. The only slight downside it is a little bit of a walk into town.

Cons:

Nothing I would definitely book again. The only thing the room lacked were tea and coffee facilities

Toller Ort zum Entspannen (Nebensaison auf jeden Fall). Schöner Strand, schöne Gegend..
Pros:

Hervorragendes Früstück (einzig der Lachs hat gefehlt ;) ). Da es gerade Nebensaison war, waren wenig Leute da, was alles ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat.

Cons:

Das Gym ist etwas spärlich, mit den 'zwei' Geräten hätte ich nicht mit 'das Hotel hat ein Gym' geworben.

El trato del personal excelente. La ubicación. Las vistas desde la habitación y el parking aunque al aire libre gratuito aunque en temporada alta no creo que sea suficiente ese parking

No me gusto la antiguedad de las camas, necesitan un cambio urgente.la bañera muy bien, pero no sé podía cambiar a modo ducha. En todo el hotel no había un triste helado para comprar para los niños. El buffet teniendo suficiente comida estaba con unas situaciones poco lógicas, leche en varios sitios dependiendo del tipo, panes en un lado y lo de untar en otro. No me gustó. Y lo de la piscina interior me parece un desproposito que no haya control ninguno, la gente entra con ropa a la instalación, con zapatos de calle y cada uno hace lo que quiere. Es necesario controlar y filtrar un poco la entrada.
