It was beachfront. Beautiful vews from hotel. Reception and pool bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very clean

bath plug does not open properly, so the water stays in a bath for a long time. Indoor pool could be warmer.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful beachfront hotel with easy access to the beaches and town of Alvor.
Pros:

The stunning views over the sea if you had a sea view room. The lovely gardens were a big bonus with shade and lovely birds to watch. The hotel lobby is very spacious and comfortable. Huge dining room for breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Good sized bathroom and wardrobe space.

Cons:

I observed an elderly lady having great difficulty getting down the the two levels of steps to access the garden and pool area. There should be a ramp for elderly and wheelchair users.
The water pressure in the shower on level 5 was very poor.
