All in all it’s good, but would not rate 4 stars
Pros:

Clean, staff was friendly, outside territory was well looked after

Cons:

The size of an actual room for 3 people, comparing to what was shown online. The child’s bed was extremely close to the adults and the mattresses were quite worn off

Fantástica e muito relaxante.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Excelente localização, O apartamento era vista mar muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, pequeno almoço muito diversificado e bom.
Fomos presenteados com uma garrafa de água e um voucher para 2 bebidas no bar. Experiência a repetir.

Cons:

A piscina interior podia estar mais quente.
Foi pena estar mau tempo, não deu para aproveitar o exterior.

Pros:

El desayuno se puede mejorar la calidad del embutido y la ubicación si es perfecta. Lo mejor de ese hotel es el personal ,trato profesional desde recepción (Miguel es un encanto) y los compañeros igual,también el personal que atiende el desayuno,cafeterías,personal de la piscina todos muy atentos y sin olvidar el personal de limpieza ,lo que si necesita es un poco de mantenimiento el hotel sobre todo los baños de la piscina.

Cons:

Las camas son malas ,nos hicieron un arreglo como pudieron para solventar la incomodidad de los
colchones pero es insuficiente y las toallas de la piscina son muy pequeñas.

Demora na resolução do entupimento da banheira, a máquina de café do pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, ausência de mesa de apoio nas espreguiçadeiras.

Cons:

Quarto com vista para estacionamento foi decepcionante. Pelo barulho e pela falta de vontade de ir sequer a varanda. Tinha ficado com ideia que teria quarto com vista jardim. Não sei se era essa a vista jardim.

De um modo mais amplo, o interior: Quartos , corredores e outras áreas a merecer uma modernização.
