Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the rooms are very big. The pool is nice.

Cons:

The staff were doing karaoke outside of the hotel until 11:30PM one night which meant me and my partner couldn’t sleep.

I also had a massage which cost 300,000 VND for one hour. The masseuse was extremely rough, and clearly didn’t have any previous training. I also felt extremely uncomfortable as there was a curtain between me and another client (a man) which was open despite me asking several times for it to be closed. She didn’t close the curtain or look away when I got undressed, and was massaging me really high up my legs which made me feel really uncomfortable. I left the appointment crying as I felt so unhappy with it.

The bikes you can rent at the property are falling apart. In addition, they don’t cover over any of the breakfast options, so flies and other insects are constantly crawling over.

Very lovely stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

Great staff. Great location. Good price. Bike hire and washing very convenient. Pool area was cute.

Cons:

The room smelt slightly damp. I think maybe because the bathroom had wood that was getting wet.

Pros:

Pool und Außenbereich

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war Schimmel an der Holzverkleidung und das Zimmer hatte Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit.
Die Handtücher waren nicht sauber.

Its across the street from bar that has very loud music till about 1030pm..which is heard in the rooms and difficult to sleep

Good for the money
Pros:

The rooms were really cute with enough of space. Pool in the middle also looked nice. They had fresh fruit at breakfast. Free bicycles and scooter rent.

Cons:

Breakfast was simple with a few option you could choose on, we ate pancake and portion was small. It is out of town so you need to ride with a bike or grab.

Would come here again, great location and great staff.
Pros:

I liked the private rooms. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Consisted of eggs and fruit and coffee. Staff spoke english and was helpful. I would stay here again. Had a nice bathroom too.

Extended our stay for 2 nights. Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend.
Pros:

An absolutely amazing place to stay! Very peaceful and quiet, only a short cycle into the main town of Tam Coc. Free bikes to use and you can hire mopeds for the day too! All staff very friendly and helpful, they help you navigate what to see and give you a map! The bungalow itself was immaculate and housekeeping everyday. Amazing shower. Pool also great and very clean. Laundry on site too, which was convenient. We extended by 2 nights because we loved the place so much!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about this place! Highly recommend.

Pros:

Staff were really nice, property was spotless clean and all bungalows were nicely decorated. Pool is huge and all bungalows are around pool. Short bike ride to the little town of tam coc
