Everything from room condition to staff. Staff was so rude they even charged me extra and not accepting booking from booking.com

Also the name of the property is not Hotel Rasso Inn instead it is OYO townhous so do not get tricked by them.

Rooms were so dirty and smelly one couldnt stand for 5mins
