Excellent location, flexible living
Pros:

Very comfortable concept, close to restaurants, beach, restaurants, grocery store, ADO bus terminal.
There is nice roof terrace with panoramic pool, garage underground. Studio is fully equipped, all kind of cutlery, cooking ware, toaster, kettle, coffee machine in the kitchen. Nice balcony (with views inside of property), towels for pool and shower stuff all provided. Customer service/ response fast and effective

Une 2éme fois au même endroit!Son emplacement, un beau condo avec piscine, machine a laver sèche linge, barbecue au rooftop a disposition sur demande, salle de sport, parking, l'appartement en lui même et top, le personnel est très gentil toujours serviable, j'avais un contact whatsapp Melanin, la moindre question ou besoin qu'on avaient, elle répondais!Le canapé lit pour nos enfants etait déjà prêts a notre arrivées!
Tout était parfait, on reviendra

Pros:

L'emplacement idéal à 8 mn à pied de la 5eme. Rue calme mais à proximité de restaurants, centre commercial et plage. L'appartement parfaitement équipé avec accès à la piscine en rooftop. La place de parking en sous-sol.

Cons:

Good internet but maybe overpriced
Pros:

Beautiful property with nice finishes and amenities. Quality build. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable. Easy to use AC and TV. I liked that the room had a water filter but I would recommend checking the filter to see if it needs to be changed more often. Water was potable but not great tasting. This is obviously a small complaint. Would have been nice to have a a coffee pouch to use in the coffee maker. Aside from that it was great.

Cons:

I felt it was overpriced. With taxes it was over 3000 mxn (175 USD). Which, considering time of year - August - and competition in playa seemed a bit much.

Pros:

De ligging is fantastisch, rustig en zo in het drukke gedeelte. Erg goede airco in het appartement. En ziet er allemaal super uit. Goede douche. En ruim uitgeruste keuken. Lekkere bedden. Je kan ook zo vanuit het appartement naar t strand lopen. Groot zwembad op het dak. Gewoon een heel mooi luxe appartement!

Great stay in Playa del Carmen in an amazing apartment
Pros:

Amazing location close by the beach, but also restaurant(s), bars, a 24/7 open Wallmart. The room felt as if we were living in our own apartment. The swimming pool area is also nicely located on the roof. The parking garage is also easily accessible with an elevator.

Cons:

I didn't read my direct messages on the booking.com-app, so I had some difficulties to enter the building. Also the person at the desk wasn't a receptionist, but she was a security guard. She couldn't speak English that well , but she did her best to explain that she couldn't just let me into the premises like that. Eventually I understood you need a personal code which was send through a DM on booking.com.

Superb
Pros:

The studio was very clean with quite new construction. The rooftop area and pool were quite nice, with a shower and some shade for the loungers. The filtered water dispenser in the kitchenette was very convenient over having to buy jugs.

The parking garage in the basement was secure and mostly convenient, with the front desk automatically opening the doors as we approached.

Cons:

Laundry was helpful but a little annoying to deal with. Access to the laundry room required going to the front desk and booking a time. Access to laundry was denied somewhat arbitrarily times (one day they said it closed at 5pm, another time it was 7pm - despite the rules saying that it was open until 10pm). Our first laundry reservation was free, but the second inexplicably cost 50MXN. The staff we encountered only spoke Spanish, which of course wasn't a surprise but did make communication about laundry difficult for us.

For parking, once we returned when the guard wasn't present, and had to go on foot into the basement to temporarily open the garage door from the inside. I think it would've been impossible for a solo traveler to park inside in this situation.

Nice apartment in a great location!
Pros:

We loved the location, close to grocery stores, beach, Quinta Avenida and restaurants.
The apartment very clean and we enjoyed using the pool area and fitness room.

Cons:

The apartment comes with minimal supplies, which is fine but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Also, the listing indicates that there is a washing machine in the room and there isn’t one in the apartment. There are washers and dryers available on every second floor.

Pros:

Everything was fine. Location, apartment and pool were great. Only we were unlucky and lift didn’t work dor whole week, bit it didn’t bother us so much.
