It wasnt as it was shown in the photo graphs and the enlisted services were also not provided
Pros:

The two staff available used to come to opertae the lift as and when it was called

Cons:

DURING BOOKING I had asked at least 5-6 times regarding breakfast and the lift service as I was booking for my elderly parents and wanted stay to be comfortable for them I did not even a single reply
there was no provision of breakfast and the lift wasn't working and they were provided accommodation on second floor
There wasn't a good provision of the tea

Worst, seeing the room, I had to cancel the booking and take my luggage and roam for half an hour
Pros:

Worst experience, won’t be booking Fab hotels in future and also will inform the others too on my experience. Putting a google review too so that world is also aware of it

The worst room very very small size, washroom with no wash basin , geyser , no power back up, electricity was gone in eve from 6.00, they gave us another hotel room
