Ideal for our stay in Zhangjiajie
Pros:

Excellent location. Adorable rooms. The most comfortable bedding we have had! A short walk to the bus station or the cable car up to heavens gate. And the price!!! Can’t beat it :) no services in the hotel but there is a walking street with food and excellent coffee for the early morning departures!

Cons:

The property was a little challenging to find but the staff is super quick and responsive to messaging. The building has only one floor dedicated to the hotel and the hall lights are dim making it feel less welcoming initially but the rooms are excellent and well maintained. It is an hour from the glass bridge … but taxi’s were only 100 yuan each way.

Muy limpio, agradable y sin olor a humedad como en la mayoría 🫠 además les pedí prestado un paraguas y como estaban fuera me enviaron uno con agua y algo de comida para facilitarme la salida. Si vuelvo, repetiré 🙂🙏🏼

Beautiful apartment in very good location
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious apartment, well-equipped and modern. Comfortable, nice view and good location, close to the cableway, one of the reasons we chose this apartment. The washing and drying machine was an added bonus, very helpful!
The restaurants downstairs were fantastic! Delicious food for great prices. Also the supermarket downstairs was just what we needed.

Cons:

We ended up changing the apartment we originally booked, because the bed was round and we were too tall to fit in comfortably. The staff was very friendly and efficient, so the change was a breeze.

Amazing. Highly recommend!!
Pros:

The owner very obviously put thought into the place and everything was clean and comfortable. They let us check in early and had very clear communication. They provided a filtered water dispenser as well as laundry machine. It was close to many delicious restaurants, many of which were right downstairs and very homey. The water pressure was excellent, wish we had a few more nights at this place!

Nice stuff, location, room
Pros:

- incredibly polite, helpful and nice administrator
- there were no electric kettle in the room but we asked administrator for it and she provided it for all days we stayed
- despite the fact that the hotel is located not in the city center it is just near the bus station (2 min walking distance) where you can take the bus to the National park
- nice room with good city view
- there are some eatery and the corner shop at the first floor of the building

Cons:

- the location of the hotel on the booking maps on different booking pages is not correct and we had to find this hotel in Alipay Hotels to find the real location. Actually the hotel is located near the railway and bus station.
