TOP, wir kommen wieder!!!
Pros:

Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin. Sie ist US-Amerikanerin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da ich zwei künstliche Hüften habe, bat ich um ein Appartment im Erdgeschoss. Weil jedoch keines mehr vorhanden war, gab es einen kostenlosen Upgrade in eine Gartenvilla! Respekt - und ein grosses Dankeschön dafür!!!
Das Reinigungspersonal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und kommunikativ.
Die Lage ist unseres Erachtens sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig - eine absolute Oase!
Es gibt zwar keine unmittelbare Anbindung an die 10-Baht Busse, jedoch sind die Bolt-Taxis sehr erschwinglich. Eine Fahrt an die Jomtien-Beach oder nach Central-Pattaya hat uns jeweils 65-80 Baht.
Fussläufig (ca. 400 Meter) befindet sich ein Seven-Eleven und der Pattaya Park Night Market, welcher sehr viele abwechslungsreiche Essenstände hat und ebenso Kleider, Taschen und Hygieneartikel zum Kauf anbietet. - Ist auf alle Fälle ein Besuch wert.

ein riesen condo zu kleinstem preis.da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Cons:

auch wenn ich es verstehe ist die begrenzung von strom nicht so schön. aber bei dem kleinen preis für die räumlichkeiten verstehe ich es andersrum sehr gut wenn gäste 24/7 3 klimaanlagen laufen lassen das strom nachgezahlt werden muß.

Нормально, если добавить трансфер до центральной улицы от отеля, было бы очень хорошо.
Pros:

Большой номер, состоит из трех комнат и два сан.узла, в каждой комнате кондиционер. Есть посуда и большой холодильник. Рядом рынок, очень много кафешек и сувенирных лавок, 7/11- два в пешей доступности. Не далеко , три минуты ходьбы от отеля есть маленькая кафешка, кормят очень вкусно и недорого. Хозяева и персонал очень доброжелательные. По тв есть три русских канала. Есть не большой бассейн, который чистят, очень приятно вечером поплавать в прохладной водичке.

Cons:

Расположение не понравилось. Тук тук не ходит, везде приходилось добираться на такси. Завтроков нет, эл. Энергия , если истратите больше 20 кВт, то оплачивается отдельно.
