SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open, however swimming pool schedule is implemented.
· Open Tuesdays – Sundays from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
· Use of swimming pool is only 2 Hours per day.
· Every Monday Swimming Pool is closed for preventive maintenance.
· Guests are generally required to wear appropriate swimwear. Other clothing not designed for swimming are prohibited.
. Only the staying guests are free access to the swimming pool.
MACTAN NEWTOWN BEACH
· Open Mondays- Sundays from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM
. The Beach is Exclusively available to Mactan Newtown Residents
. Guests who wanted to visit Mactan Newtown Beach will be charge PHP 350 NETT per person. (This fee will be collected by the beach management)
. Children below 6 years old can enter free of charge.
. Parking is Available at the Mactan Newtown Transition Area on a first-come, first-serve basis, free of charge.
· Strictly no bringing of outside food and drinks inside of MNT beach.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was idea at the time for my purpose.
Beach is too far from the facility, and the pool was not available due only to volcanic ash of the day
Difficult to find as not clearing marked on the outside and even our airport driver was having difficulty
Its good, but not really clean what we expect, and theres no also water drainage at the toilet and also not really clean the toilet, but the bed its really soft and comportable to laydown!

Everything.first I messaged them 2 days ago before we arrived if what cluster the unit but they never responded so me and my kids ended up to jumping back and forth to the buildings,the WiFi is not working,the bathroom tiles is broken and the toilet flash is not working properly.The utensils,the stove and faucet of kitchen and toilet is so dirty and rusty.it looks like nobody is taking care of the unit.
Absolutely nothing, cockroaches were seen as soon as I entered. The room did not resemble the photos in the listing in the slightest.
I disliked absolutely everything about this room. Again, the room did not resemble the photos in the listing at all. Cockroaches were seen immediately upon entry. The room was supposed to accommodate two l, but there was only a full size bed with a trundle, which had no bedding. I was extremely unhappy immediately.

私は予約をしたのに、予約がされていなかったと受け付けで言われたチェックインを出来ませんでした。
なおかつ電話にも出ません。受け付けからの電話にも出ませんでした。ブッキングドットコムに連絡したところ、オーナーに連絡が取れないという理由で待たされ、私は一日もこちらのコンドミニアムに滞在していないのにキャンセル料を支払ってくれませんでした。

Everything you need is in newtown blvd,
Restaurants, cafes, dental, all top class and excellent pricing no scams,

Owner of the condo was great ,she fixed everything I asked for,
Walking distance to restaurants and nice view.
Underneath the sink was leaking. Flooded with water. We had to clean the floor and it was rusty inderneath plus stinky.. it was unsafe for my child as she was walking towards the wet floor in the kitchen as we did not noticed at first. Raised our complaints and issues but the host not responding. Have called few times NO reply at. Very poor customer service. I would never stay back there again.
Hot water was not working as well and the shower head was leaking.. had to informed the receptionist.
The location and view is what you pay for. Being close to Mactan Newtown and LG Garden was nice. There is a lot of places around that you can walk to, whether for entertainment or for food.
The room ws very poorly maintained. AC units leaked, mold on shower curtains, bath tub drained very slowly, door to bathroom was broke, room was dirty and bed sheets and blankets had some stains, washer was marked as out of order, and breaker for the range was off from when we first got there. The "gym" area is filled with rusty machines, half of which dont work anymore. The location is good, but the building and rooms were terrible. Will not stay here again and I do not recommend to anyone.
