Świetny hotel!!
Pros:

Personel płynnie mówi po angielsku, jest bardzo pomocny, na wszystkie pytania odpowiada wyczerpująco. Hotel zakwaterował nas godzinę przed oficjalnym czasem meldunku. Baseny, z których można skorzystać (zewnętrzny ze zjeżdżalniami , termy jak i ten wewnętrzny) rewelacyjne - warto przyjechać wcześniej aby odpocząć po podróży i skorzystać. Strefa saun bardzo dobra. Korzystaliśmy z kolacji oraz ze śniadania - oba posiłki przewyższały nasze oczekiwania - bardzo szeroki wybór potraw, owoców i deserów. Parking obok hotelu w cenie. Chętnie tu wrócimy.

Pros:

Tuto oblast známe a rádi se vracíme. Syn miluje aqua park, já termály. Výborné cyklostezky. Klidné místo, hrad, historie a MUZIKAFE.

Cons:

Největším nedostatkem byla úroveň hotelové kuchyně. Ve srovnání s jinými hotely stejné kategorie je kvalita jídla bohužel nejhorší, s jakou jsem se setkala. Rybí maso bylo silně vysušené, hovězí maso velmi tuhé a celkovým zklamáním byly také snídaně, které neodpovídaly deklarované úrovni.

Další závažný problém se týkal čistoty pokoje. Při mém příjezdu nebyl pokoj řádně uklizen. Pod křesly se dokonce nacházely odpadky po předchozích hostech, což považuji u čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu za nepřípustné.

Věřím, že tuto zpětnou vazbu vezmete v potaz ke zlepšení Vašich služeb. Vzhledem k výše uvedeným nedostatkům Vás žádám o vyjádření k této situaci a o návrh kompenzace za nesplněný standard ubytování.

Pros:

We stopped here for one night on our way back from Croatia. We made use of both pools – the public one and the hotel pool. The thermal water was pleasant, though not very hot. We had the hotel pool almost entirely to ourselves. Both dinner and breakfast were good; breakfast offered a wide selection (including pancakes and crêpes), while the dinner options were somewhat more limited (only two side dishes: mashed potatoes and polenta). There is a large parking lot right next to the hotel, partially shaded by trees.

3 napos nyaralásra rendben volt, ár érték arányban kimondottan jó
Pros:

Félpanziós ellátással voltunk. A választék nem érte el az eddig tapasztalt 4*-os szintet, de amit kínáltak az finom volt és friss. Tágas volt minden és tiszta, bőséges parkolási lehetőséggel

Cons:

nem volt köntös a szobához/szobában, illetve senki nem beszélt magyarul (alig egy óra a határ). A környék látnivalóiról is nagyon kevés tájékoztatást kaptunk.
