Not much
The host was very helpful but in general the guest house was not in great repair. Room small, Beds uncomfortable, very basic. Men sat outside drinking cans of beer & smoking so didn’t feel comfortable sitting outside the property.
Good location for train ,buses, and trams not a far to walk for anything.

The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything in that you needed plus extras available eg iron.hairdryer eg.bed was really comfortable.hotel is in an ideal location for train/tram station and bus stops plus close to town centre and promenade

To.hot , skritbiatds walls floors are filthy . Reception area had a smell dust and dirt everywhere. The carpets in the bed room full of dirt , don't thi k a hoover had ever been on it . Walls had ditty marks everywhere. Bathroom was filthy, shower trap filthy. Grout everywhere!

Pleasantly surprised actually got a good deal on the stay through this platform, could smell the lovely washing products on fresh bedding and towels fresh airy and so welcoming Sam was a lovely host will be sure to stay again literally next street to the train station and the town centre so great location too.

A really comfortable bed, value for money, utilities may need an upgrade but everything we requested was provided. Very helpful staff , clean rooms and great location close to train station pubs and sites. Will stay again, thank you!
