Convenient Self Check-in/Check-out: The process of checking in and out via Zalo messages with the staff was exceptionally convenient and straightforward.
Responsive and Enthusiastic Staff: The advisory and cleaning staff were very helpful and readily available 24/7 through the message app called Zalo, addressing our needs promptly.
Beautiful Lake View & Room Condition: Both rooms offered a lovely view overlooking the lake. The rooms were generally clean, and the lake-facing windows provided good ventilation and a pleasant, airy atmosphere.
Clarity in Official Communication: The primary guest support and communication occurred through a Zalo account initiated by a staff member who friended us. The official Zalo contact, which was provided via email, was unresponsive. This discrepancy initially caused some hesitation and concern about potential scams. Improving the clarity and responsiveness of the official communication channel would be beneficial.
Vanity Chair Height: The chair provided at the vanity mirror was too low for comfortable use. We suggest replacing it with a taller chair.
Kitchen Sink Condition: The kitchen sink in our accommodation had noticeable rust stains and appeared unclean in some areas.
Cleaning Detail in Room 701: We noticed that the corner near the bed in room 701 had not been thoroughly cleaned, as there was still some dust present.
Labeling Light Switches: It would be helpful to have labels on the light switches. This would prevent guests from having to guess which switch operates which light.
Rooftop Terrace Weather Protection: The rooftop terrace is a nice feature, but it would be much more usable if it had an awning, roof, or large umbrellas to provide shelter from the rain.
Exceptional stay! The apartment was spotless, well-located, and offered a breathtaking view. But what truly made the difference was the hospitality – the manager was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help with anything. The service went far beyond expectations. The staff were warm and attentive. A place I highly recommend without hesitation!
Excellent service from staff. Very helpful and only a text message away. The staff picked me up directly from the airport at midnight after a long trip. Highly recommend and in a beautiful part of Hanoi.

There is a medium-sized fridge in the room, and there is also a sink.
We kept in touch via WhatsApp with a man who was helpful.
The pictures on Booking.com are much nicer than reality. We got a completely different room.
The room was very dirty — we even found a cigarette butt in the non-smoking room.
We only noticed how dirty it was in the evening, and by then we had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to change rooms anymore.
Later, there was a period without electricity, followed by no running water, so we finally spoke up and asked for a 30% refund of the accommodation fee.
The owner said we reported it too late, and if we had spoken up earlier, they would have changed the room or cleaned it.
There was an oven in the room, which isn’t very useful for a traveler, while a microwave would have been much more practical. We only got one on the last day.
The nearby lake smells terrible and is full of dead fish. It's not pleasant to walk by the lake. We were originally attracted to this place because of its proximity to the lake.
The stay was all amazing. The room is beautiful and comfortable. There's a heater and AC, a kitchen area, a blower, etc. The TV has Netflix which helped me to get by.
The location though isn't so center, although coffee shops and restaurants are accessible. Quiet neighborhood and has nice staff 👌 I enjoyed my stay!!! I was well-rested!
The washer room is busy so I kept going up and down! Hehe.
Beautiful view of Tay Ho lake from French doors. Check in was very good communication from manager, who also contacted limo to and from airport. The studio is nice, fully equipped and comfortable, with even motor bikes for rent if needed. Quiet stay n safe. Nice to hear cockerels crowing, and lovely walking area round a big lake at doorstep. Many coffee places and a pharmacy at doorstep.
Would be nice to have a few brochures of restaurants nearby. Can't think of anything else to improve on because it's so good.
The location is great, also I needed to stay somewhere last moment, and the property was very flexible. There's a nice little balcony too.
I think they need a better cleaner and replace some very old looking items like bathroom mat. The surfaces are sticky, there's smell, some dirty wiping cloths in the kitchen, the cutlery has pieces of dry food on it, and overall the place doesn't seem clean and tidy. But the price is unbeatable, it was a great value for money for me to rest for an afternoon before my flight.
