Beautiful apartment, great location, ideal for families
Pros:

Absolutely brilliant place to stay! The apartment was stunning, like a mini suite. A dining area, mini kitchenette, large bathroom and two toilets with plenty of storage (we were able to store all luggage comfortably and have a clear living space) We are a family of 5, was a bit dubious about the air bed, but it was huge! Like a double bed that was very comfortable. The location is great, it’s in tower 1 so the closest to MGM, about 3 minute walk to the main MGM pool (the balcony overlooks some of the pool area) and you can use all the facilities. Monorail is about a 10/15 minute walk away. Valet parking was included which is the best value we found on the strip. Kitchenette meant we saved on expensive Vegas dining, kids could have cereal for breakfast and we made lunch to take out some days. All in all, I could not fault our stay and will stay back here in a heart beat. We didn’t want to leave!

Cons:

Nothing not to like! My husband would have potentially liked to have been closer to the casino but the 15 minute walk is worth the space/ facilities we had. Tower 1 pool was closed while we were there but MGM pool was better so it was no issue.

Close to everything. Rooms and pools are the best . Top golf walking distance. Food throughout the signature and MGM. Awesome. This is the place

Cons:

Valet parking . They want tips every time they bring your car out or in every time so the best thing is just leave your car parked. But otherwise all 👍 good

Great place to stay with our adult kids. Wish we could have stayed more than two nights.
Pros:

Quick and easy check in. Host was responsive. Nice condo!

Cons:

We requested an extra bed that wasn't there when we checked in, but the host responded very quickly.
Chairs on the patio would have been nice.

Pros:

I'll just add another excellent review to the many many other excellent reviews this apartment has already gotten.
We won't ever stay anywhere else in Vegas after this, simple as that.
We loved everything about this place! The main building is beautiful, the apartment absolutely spotless, the valet staff are fun, reception staff are prompt and friendly, and the apartment is spacious, airy, well furnished and the perfect distance from the strip.
You can walk open-air to everything, or via a tunnel to the MGM, or go via monorail to various other casinos. There's also a pool and gardens.
The host was easy to contact, check-in was simple, everything was just perfect.

Great family suite with easy access to the Strip!
Pros:

A great room, separate bedroom with the kids on the pull-out in the main room, loved having the full kitchen even if we didn’t use it too much. Being connected to the MGM Grand was great, two long halls with people-movers, and you enter the MGM grand right at their pools (we never used the Signature pool), and then you can walk thru the Grand to get to the Strip..a lot of walking for sure but nice to have it be all indoors.

Cons:

Not a lot to dislike, other than maybe the main bedroom bed could have been better, very flat/firm…otherwise just be aware that it’s not a “hotel” so you can’t just call for an extra blanket or pillow, you may have to plan ahead and maybe pay an additional fee. But we were fine with it and made it work

Pros:

Cups of tea on the balcony in the morning in the sun . The pool for the tower is nice. Great location - near the strip, mgm grand, metro , and with view of mountains.

Cons:

It’s not the fault of the accommodation but the swimming pools
Linked with the property were partly shut and therefore the ones remaining v busy and difficult to get a lounger.

Fantastic apartment!! By far the best accommodation we ever had in Las Vegas.
Pros:

Everything was just perfect. We have been to Vegas many many times and we have never been happier with our accommodation. It’s spacious, clean, luxurious and super convenient for a short or long stay in the city. Its location can’t be beat, as it’s the best of both worlds: basically part of the MGM with a short walkway directly connected to the casino, shops, restaurant and the strip… but just far enough away from the loud and busy crowds, which made it feel like an actual resort stay - perfect for couples, small groups of friends or even families (like us).
Ryan made everything very easy for us, including check-in and parking info. The valet parking team is well organized, quick and very friendly. The reception team as well. They made everything happen for us. And for any other questions, Ryan is always available and very responsive.
We will definitely stay here again and we can only recommend staying at this apartment if you want to have a 10* holiday experience for a great price.

Affordable marquis lodging in a terrific location
Pros:

Location will not be beaten. All but on the Strip. Facilities top notch. We were a family of five and the place couldn't have been better. Even checked in on us after day two.

Wonderful spot for a weekend romantic getaway.
Pros:

I really like the property, I went during the winter so the pool was closed. But the property is connected to MGM, a short walk through the casino and your own the strip.

Cons:

Most the facility was closed, but I went in November so that’s to be expected. I also went during Formula One, so most of the roads were closed off and it was hard to get in and off the property With our car. But that’s to be expected it was during Formula One.

A very nice stay.
Pros:

Quiet room in slightly off strip location, also convenient for MGM monorail station. We spent 6 nights here and found all of the room facilities exactly as advertised. Good pre-stay communication from owner.
