It’s perfect
Pros:

Very clean area, free laundry, very close to Nagoya station maybe a 10 min walk, friendly staff

Great hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, very quiet. The hotel location is super convenient. Just a 5mn walk from Nagoya station.
