Pros:

Conveniently located close to the station and other amenities (food, shopping, etc). The hotel has launderette facilities and the staffs were helpful.

Très bien pour une courte durée
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique et chambre confortable malgré sa petite taille une ventilation assez bruyante

Cons:

La propreté pourrait être élevée d'un cran, la moquette n'était pas clean de partout, et la salle de douche n'était pas 100% propre..
De plus nous sommes tombés sur la chambre la plus petite, ce qui était très bien pour un court séjour, mais étant resté une semaine, nous aurions pu bénéficier d'un peu d'espace en plus.

Pros:

It's conveniently located a short walk from the station. As mentioned, it has a shared toilet and shower but it was kept very keen and there were no problems with wait times. The room itself was actually very spacious and the bed was incredibly soft, which was a relief for me after spending many nights on hard Japanese mattresses.

Cons:

Nothing, it was as good as it gets for a hotel of this type.
