Staff were super friendly
Room was big
Close to the airport

Cons:

The Air conditioner was crazy loud. I'm guessing it was the first model ever released. Ear plugs were insufficient.

This is located on a highway, unfortunately the noise of most of the vehicle silencers are modified and a weird noise, The Government need to relook on this nuisance.

The apartments facing East offer a view on Pinatubo when smog dissipates.
TV works well. Films on utube

Cons:

Limited comfort for daytime living but ok for overnighting.
