Cons:

Det blev väldigt dyrt…. En natt inkl mat kostar lika mycket som en veckas charter någonstans. Men once in a lifetime, en härlig upplevelse och mycket kreativ matlagning

Pros:

Beautiful location. Great wines

Cons:

It was not very busy at the hotel, neither at the restaurant. But we did not feel particularly welcome. Personnel were friendly but not really interested. Everyone very hasty. Some personnel even seemed quite stressed. It felt like there were not enough staff to provide a proper service. All in all, not the level of hospitality a 1-michelin star restaurant should be able to provide.
PS. The owner lady was very nice and attentive though, but also a bit rushed at times

Peaceful stay in Trittenheim
Pros:

Staying in a spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful vineyard view of the charming village of Trittenheim was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and spoke English well. The Michelin 1-star restaurant was available, and the dinner was very satisfying. The breakfast was also enjoyable.

Superb
Pros:

Beautiful place with great food (Michelin star!) . It has a very homey feel, and the surrounding vineyard is just a beautiful place to walk and relax! Host speaks English and is very friendly.
