Excellent location and value highly recommended!
Pros:

Great location it was next to the train station and a short walk to town. The breakfasts were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would have liked clearer directions to different locations.

Non tornerei di sicuro
Cons:

Receptionist e camerieri del ristorante totalmente incapaci. Per l’integrazione da singola a doppia ci ha fatto stare 40 min al banco. Pensavo dovesse cambiare stanza ma con stupore abbiamo visto che il numero di camera era lo stesso. Al bar per un toast mezz’ora.

C’est une adresse à conseiller
Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable dans cet hôtel. La suite était particulièrement lumineuse et très confortable. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse et très accueillant. Même si notre séjour a été court, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Staying in Kenitra? --> book at Urban hotel. simple as that.
Pros:

we tried a couple of different hotels in Kenitra. This was the best!
restauran at the hotel is also pretty good, and the breakfast too.
the room was cleaned/packed so nice every day that is out of this world! give the cleaning ladies a payrise!:)

Tolles Hotel! Modern, luxuriös, sehr sauber und mit extrem komfortablen Zimmern. Der Spa-Bereich ist perfekt zum Entspannen, und das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
