Location is good but the room is dirty with cockroaches. Killed about 6 of them for a night of stay.

The place is old and dirty.
Fridge - not cleaned, has leftover from previous tenant
Cabinet - dirty with cockroaches crawling inside and all over kitchen utensils

CR - Old and dirty shower curtain and door

Room - linens doesn't smell fresh and itchy. Bed frame has an upside down nail which is dangerous to tenants

Plus we were asked to pay for a moved in fee. We're in fact they did not help us to move. Unsure why we were asked for a service that we didn't get. That lady is not approachable as well.

If you don't want to pay an other extre fee upon check-in do not book this hotel

Just the location and nothing else.

Cons:

An additional fee for cleaning upon check-in was collected. There was no information from Booking.com upon booking that the guests will be charged for the cleaning of the property.

asked additional 150 at the property without telling in advance..the staff said 1,800 is the rate and she asked me how much i paid ti booking.com and she asked me to pat her 150..its just small but its annoying as it was not informed in advanaced..i could gave booked from another unit owned by different person offering better facilities and pet friendly too… no place to wash plates no free shampoo etc…

It would have been nice very brief stay, but three major concerns (see above) made us not like the place.
Pros:

The rooms were adjacent and had an awesome view.

Cons:

The pool was not available on Tuesdays for cleaning, which was not informed to us earlier. This was one reason we booked the place. Second, there were so many small cockroaches that even went on the beds while we were sleeping. Also, the lady who assisted us tried to add additional fee for “cleaning” fee, which was not in the Booking.com fees/ad.
