Amazing location, super clean, modern, great staff
Pros:

I cannot wait to come here. Awesome location so close to all the main attractions in Sapporo. We stayed here during the Sapporo festival. Loved the layout of the room. There were 5 of us in the room with 4 double beds. Very comfortable, modern, clean and super friendly staff. The staff all spoke very good English and had awesome recommendations!

Stayed with family – Absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommend
Pros:

We recently stayed at 41 PIECES Sapporo with our young children, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – they were incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions, offer suggestions for nearby spots, and even helped with some small requests without hesitation. Their warm service really made our trip special.
The room was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic layout – spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a family. Everything felt thoughtful and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
The location is unbeatable! It’s just a quick 2-minute walk to Tanukikoji (狸小路) shopping arcade, so we could easily pop out for food, shopping, or souvenirs. A FamilyMart convenience store is right next door, which was super convenient for quick snacks, drinks, and baby essentials.
What impressed us most, though, was how family- and baby-friendly the hotel is. They provide so many thoughtful amenities for little ones – toys to play with, baby shower gel, a diaper dispenser, and more. It showed they really care about families traveling with kids, and it made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

Pros:

The rooms that we were able to book is more than enough to accommodate what we needed. Outside of the room being big and spacious, there was a small kitchen top counter that we were surprised about. I wish we were able to cook using it as it would have been great to cook some small meals with it.

Cons:

I had nothing to say what I didn't like about it.
