The location is surprisingly near to life in the streets, great for food and shopping.
Pros:

we didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but family mart is very close, and there are some options near. The staff were amazing with english, and so ready to answer any questions I had.

Cons:

It's mostly pretty good, would be amazing if there was a coin laundry and a drying rack
