Important information:

Please note that the credit card that was used during the reservation process has to be shown upon check in. If the owner of the card is not traveling with, he/she should sign an authorization form.

Guests are kindly requested to note that check in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.

Express-check in (key pickup from a safe) is available from 18:00-24:00. You will receive the check in instructions that contain the codes to access the building and your keys. Including the contact information of our residence manager.

A maximum number of 2 pets are welcome per room for a small surcharge.

For stays between 30/12 and 02/01, a deposit of €150 per room is required. This deposit must be paid in advance to guarantee the booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

La ubicación. No está en la zona antigua pero con un bus (3€ y pago único con tarjeta) estás en la zona monumental en 10 minutos.

Cons:

Mal cuidado y sucio.
La cama estaba llena de manchas, así como las almohadas. Y no había protector, solo una pequeña funda. Una de las dos almohadas llena de sangre.
La bañera tenía algún pelo de la anterior persona que durmió en la habitación.
La habitación olía enormemente a tabaco, incluidas las sábanas. Aunque esto es culpa de gente irresponsable que duerme, pero se nota que no hubo ventilación. Los pijamas nos quedaron con olor después de la estancia.

Nichts Tolles, aber uns hat es als Basis für Tagesausflüge gereicht.
Pros:

Verkehrsmäßig, auch für ÖPNV (3-5 Min. zur Bushaltestelle), gut gelegen. Trotzdem (wir hatten Hoflage) ruhig. Wie von uns gewünscht feste Matratzen. Ausgestattet mit Microwelle, Wasserkocher und großem Kühlschrank. Großzügiges Bad. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gegen die Hitzewelle bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es einen leistungsfähigen Ventilator ;-)

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und könnte dringend, vor allem im Bad, eine Renovierung vertragen. Eigentlich sind an den Zimmern Rollläden vorgesehen, bei unserem war er, wohl wegen eines Defektes, entfernt statt repariert worden. Zum Glück gab es dicke Vorhänge.
Das ausgelobte W-LAN war für die Größe des Motels völlig unterdimensioniert. Je nach Auslastung dauerte es gefühlt ewig eine reine Text-Email zu laden, geschweige denn für Ausflüge auf Google Maps zu recherchieren.
Die Fernsehanlage hatte bei Check-In einen Totalausfall - der jedoch behoben wurde. Das Programmangebot ist auf Belgisch-Niederländische Kundschaft zugeschnitten. Nur 2 Deutsche Kanäle und die auch nur Nischensender. Immerhin gab es CNN und DW in englisch.
Und wegen der ländlichen Lage hätten wir uns Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gewünscht – wir waren am Ende ein bißchen „zerstochen“.

Me encantó el entorno al lugar.
Pros:

Muy bien todo , siempre fui atendido con muy buena predisposición,cercano al centro unos 25 minutos caminando por un barrio tranquilo y bonito.

Cons:

Todo bien, talvez no llegue la señal de wifi muy bien nada más.

Pros:

Расположения + очень маленький городок и всё очень близко , конкретно от отеля в квартале автобусная остановка. Нет смысла останавливаться в центре за большие деньги . Все необходимые удобства есть кондиционер, холодильник , обогреватель, телевизор, удобная кровать . Есть общая кухня и бар .

Cons:

Запах сигаретного дыма , либо курили в номере до нас , что запрещено , либо курили в другом номере и запах доносился вентиляцией . Не понимаю зачем курить в помещении если можно выйти на балкон в двух шагах , но это претензия к тем кто не умеет себя вести.

Como su nombre lo dice es un lugar para dormir y salir. Tiene lo básico.
Pros:

Está en un lugar cerca a la estación del tren y al centro histórico.

Cons:

Son instalaciones algo antiguas, se denota desgaste una de las habitaciones tenía demasiado olor a cigarrillo.

Es war ei Ausweichquartier, da kurzfristig an der Küste Nichts frei war. Diesen Zweck gat due Unterkunft erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist zum Teil heruntergekommen und erinnert ein altes amerikanisches Motel aus den 80-er Ja
