We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in carcassone
Pros:

The location is absolutely superb.
The room was adequate although a little cramped.
The breakfast was delightful, it was table service with all the traditional continental breakfast requirements

Situation idéale
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, au pied des remparts et à deux pas de la Porte Narbonnaise. Accueil et déco sympas, très bon petit déjeuner. Le parking fermé est apprécié.

Cons:

Notre chambre, bien que petite, était confortable, en revanche les WC sont vraiment exigus, on ne passe pas son temps là dedans mais on aime y être à l'aise et ce n'était pas le cas.

Bon séjour mais un peu déçus de la chambre
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel , à côté de la Cité.
Le salon à l'extérieur
Le personnel à l'écoute et aimable.

Cons:

La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient trop petites surtout pour 3. La douche était trop étroite et les toilettes trop proches de celle ci. Pas d'intimité !!!
Pas de vue et chambre trop sombre.

Séjour à Carcassonne en famille
Pros:

L'emplacement au pied de la cité de Carcassonne, avec l'accès à tous les restaurants en 2 mn à pied. Accès au centre ville rapide également à pied. Hôtel de charme avec piscine, tranquille, reposant, parking privé (payant) sur place et quelques places pour l'accueil des visiteurs. Personnel très souriant, serviable, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux. Service de ménage très bien. Coin bar très agréable. Chambres bien équipées avec une climatisation très efficace (appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs actuelles).

Cons:

Tout était appréciable pour notre séjour. Nous suggérons de rajouter un petit frigo (si c'est possible) dans les chambres pour pouvoir y mettre une bouteille fraiche pour la nuit (par exemple).

The hotel felt like an oasis of calm and comfort just outside the tourist bustle of Carcassone.
Pros:

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis just outside the really tourist-heavy, (during the day), city.

Cons:

I didn't need to use the pool/hot tub, but they were covered and were ok to nice, but the hot tub wasn't warm and the facilities weren't spectacular.

Fantastisk perle i første række til borgen.
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhed og super imødekommenhed personale. Lækker morgenmad med lokale råvarerog bar område med udsigt til borgen. Stedet at bo i Carcassonne 🙏🏻

Aircondition var lidt høj til nat.

Kaunis huone ja upea sijainti.

Cons:

Huoneemme oli 3 aikuiselle aivan liian pieni. Matkalaukkua ei voinut avata, kun sängyt olivat käytössä. Kallis siihen nähden.
