Location is amazing, some tiny details could be improved, and the owner and their dog are super nice
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. The man who looked like the manager is very nice and welcoming too. And the waiter during breakfast time he is very nice and professional as well.
Rooms are well sound-prooved.

Cons:

Rooms a bit too small compared to what we’re used to. And the suplementary bed was not comfy.
Wouldn’t kill for a couple of members of the staff (reception and breakfast bar to show a smile every now and then, very very serious, but we know it’s hard to find good staff).
The spa access has to be reserved and payed extra from the stay.
