Nothing really, it had a bed and a lockable door but with how seedy the hotel felt i would have liked a bolt lock from the inside too
Pretty much everything, we had to wait around 40 minutes to enter when we arrived as there was no-one at reception and the lobby door was locked (we arrived at 6pm).
This was a theme pretty much constant during our stay, we never saw anyone at reception, apart from the one time when we asked them to be there so we could pay (which was a bitter payment indeed).
Breakfast is advertised as 7-10 but there was nothing to be found, (unless you want an empty cigarette box for brekkie) and again no one present to ask.
Final straw was we asked the owner (via message) to book us a taxi for 7am in the morning, which he said he would, but low and behold in the morning he was no-where to be seen and hadn’t booked one meaning we had to take to the streets to find one and almost missed our coach as a result (luckily there was one not too far away driving. (In his defence he did message at around 7:30… saying the taxi will be with us in 5 minutes… but yeah not so useful)
The place feels like a ghost town, like it’s run by an ai who has only a slight idea how hotels operate. But in reality it’s run by someone trying to do as little as possible and steal a living - if you don’t want to run a hotel as a job, then don’t run a hotel… sell it and move on with your life.
I’d maybe be happy if it cost €20 but €100 is robbery, you can and should stay ANYWHERE else in Sarajevo for a much better experience. If i could rate it 0/10 i would.
