Het verblijf was tijdens onze 3 dagen zeer prettig en aangenaam! Perfecte locatie bij concerten in het Wembley stadion
Pros:

Bij binnenkomst voortreffelijk ontvangen door Andy! Je voelde je direct thuis. Goede hulp en advies gekregen voor ons concert van Coldplay!

Cons:

Als ik toch ook eerlijk ben, konden de accessoires in de badkamer beter.

Pros:

The host Andy was fantastic. Really made up for the poorer facilities

Cons:

Room was dated, huge unplugged fridge in the room and bed wasn't that comfortable. Shower also leaked out of the door.

Did the job
Pros:

The man in reception was most helpful and friendly. It's a 40 min walk to Wembley stadium. We got an Uber to Coldplay then walked back after. Parking for 5 cars.

Cons:

The price. But I get it. I've stayed in 5 star hotels for cheaper.

The guy on reception was very pleasant, helpful and professional.

Cons:

Price. The room was fine but so expensive just because of the concert at Wembley. Extreme Profiteering.

Nice staff property needs an overhaul
Pros:

The staff were excellent Andy was very helpful.and a pleasure to chat too.

Cons:

The room was tired and worn out. The shower door was split and coming away from each other. The mattress was very old and flat could the feel springs.
The bed was wobbling back and forth just when u moved slightly. No headboard for twin beds. No breakfast available.

Pros:

Andy who was on reception when we arrived, was extremely helpful and friendly, informing us of directions to and from the train station. We were given twin room as our party changed before arrival. Room was basic but very clean but as we were there for a concert we didnt plan to stay in it all day. Tea coffee and buiscuits with complementry water was really good. The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the station and its one stop to Wembly which is ideal when travelling to the stadium.

Andy made our stay very comfortable and also organised our taxi to the airport.
Pros:

Andy who manages the hotel is exceptional. If I was opening a business I’d want Andy running it! He simply couldn’t do enough for us and was very informative about everything we needed to know. We were over for the Coldplay concert at Wembley. The location is great for Wrmbley

Lovely friendly staff and affordable area for usual London prices
Pros:

The man at reception was absolutely lovely very chatty, friendly, kind and went over and above to accommodate it including providing us recommendations for local pubs and restaurants which we went to and were phenomenal we had a lovely meal at The Preston pub due to his recommendation and very cheap drinks for London prices all thanks to his recommendation which he gave us without us asking he was very very friendly unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name now thinking back but he was a British Indian man and really made our stay fantastic very friendly man and chatty man. The location is also great for Wembley for concerts and area seems safe we didn’t feel unsafe even late at night around 2am after out drinking. The local area here is very affordable such as chippies and restaurants no we’re near usual London astronomical prices.

Great location for Wembley, lovely hotel & kind staff.
Pros:

Great location for Wembley, we booked last minute as a group after being let down by another property on booking.com.

We were so lucky to get in here, not just because the hotel was great, but because Andy the host, is the most helpful & kind person.

Andy couldn’t de enough for me & my group & I’m so grateful. I recommend staying in this friendly & home from home gem in London.
