Fantastic location for Wembley.
Staff where also fantastic very helpful
Rooms where a bit dated but done the job
We liked all, simple but clean and very good price, expecially because of the The Weekend concert,we had a very good time.
Thanks to Andy, he was amazing with care and concern over oss.
Andy on reception was great. Very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the local area. Free parking outside, close to Wembley stadium.
No breakfast available on site but short walk to lots of options.
We were attending a concert at Wembley stadium so the location was really good. Not too close, but close enough we could walk home afterwards. We arrived a little earlier than check in time but the fella on the reception was extremely accommodating and sorted a room for us to get in ahead of check in. Super friendly and helpful 👍🏼
£320 for 1 night in such a small hotel room…suppose that’s normal for down south
Location is perfect for Wembley Stadium/Arena. Comfortable with onsite parking.
Good location. Very helpful man on reception
Room smelt musty. Carpet not clean. Holes in bed sheets. Mattresse with very few springs, therefore poor night's sleep. Rooms definitely need upgrade. Tv kept going on and off and kettle only worked if we held the lid!!
andy was really accomodating
The hotel was conveneiently situated for our needs. The receptionist was extremely helpful. The room was basic but very functional and just what we need for a short stay in that area.
No meals were available and although facilities for making a snack breakfast - tea/coffee, biscuits - were available, we feel it would have been helpful to have been able to have at least a continental breakfast at the hotel. There is a good pub about a 10-minute walk away which served good, tasty meals. They also do breakfasts from 10.00 am but we went 10 mins down the road and found a light breakfast at the RAF Museum!
Andy was an excellent host, who was very helpful and gave us lots of useful information on the hotel and the local area. He also attended to all requests efficiently.
On arrival, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a family room, at no additional charge. Along with separate bedrooms, the rooms also had fans and a fridge. We were also provided with FOC bottles of water. A real life saver in this heat wave!
The hotel is a great choice if going to Wembley Stadium, as it was ~30 minutes walk, but is also very close to the Tube station.
The rooms were basic and some facilities were 'well worn' but they were functional, comfy and so we were satisfied - especially with the free upgrade. Many thanks.
Andy on reception was genuinely so lovely and helpful, gave us genuine local knowledge about the transport and restaurants to help us out. The room was very clean and we were treated to an upgraded room with a fan which was NEEDED in this heatwave!
My singular complaint was that the extension plug on the desk of the room appeared to be damaged and was a little intermittent when using it so we had to work around it a bit but it was no massive deal to us.
Very secure property excellent room owner very polite
Nothing
The gentlemen at the recieption was absolutly lovely, warm and welcoming, a nice friendly face. Informed us that our room got upgraded and they even put a fan in because of the heat. He advised us on how to get to the event and where to get some good grub. Free water was given because of the heat, the room was clean and tidy, it appears to be an old building so come winter I'm sure people will be nice and warm. Overall a fantastic place to stay for a night or two and I really liked that you can give them your key to look after so you don't have to worry about losing it. The receptionist was kind and courteaus, asking how our concert was and wished us a goodnight. Very professional, very friendly and overall a welcoming enviroment. One of the cheaper hotels I saw last year when I booked it. I also appreciated the handrail on the stairs, I have mobility issues so when the concert finished my knee was killing so the railing was helpful so I could put less pressure on it. I know that may sound daft but it really helped. (I'm really sorry I forgot the receptionist name I want to say he was called Andy. Give that man a raise or tip the man, absolutly lovely guy.)
The noisey main road, haha. Nothing to be done about that though, I should have brought some headphones.
Lovely staff and location. Very good for the price and so so convenient. Staff was amazing.
The hotel was a great location for Wembley and with free onsite parking made the commute from the north very easy. Andy on the front desk was super helpful and was a pleasure to talk too.
The rooms were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the blind on the window was broken and didn’t shut fully. There was watered down hand wash in the shower and the shower cubicle leaked.
