D' LA TORRE HOTEL

No ac, no hot water, and the pool was emtpy and out of service until further notice.

Once I got to the hotel the front desk lady said I could pay more to get a room with ac which was almost double for one night. The room was extremely hot as it has no airflow and the only window faces inside the hotel, there are no windows facing outside. It kind of feels like the rooms are jails cells.

I had to get up really early so I wanted to take a shower earlier in the night, that's when I saw there were no towels. I asked for towels multiple times and she kept forgetting, finally after over an hour I went back to the front desk and she gave me one towel.

When I finally got to take a shower and got out the floor was super slippery and I only had one towel so couldn't put one on the floor and I almost slipped and fell. Only one thin sheet on the bed to sleep. In the morning, when I went to take a shower, the water was completely shut off for the sink and the shower so I couldnt brush my teeth or shower when I wanted to and was in a rush to get to the airport. I went to the front desk barefoot and the front desk lady was asleep, she got startled and woke up once I said hello a couple times then told her the water was off. She had to call someone on the phone to go cut the water on so I could take a shower. The also offered me a ride to the airport for about triple the price of the price inside the InDrive app.

I stayed at 4 different hotels while in Nicaragua and this was by far the worst. Really bad experience, they should be ashamed.

Sin aire acondicionado. Horrible!

No A/C in room booked. No airflow in the rooms in a warehouse where windows required to be open to use a fan which is not secure at all. For 30 dollars a night a mini split should be in each room especially when it’s 95 degrees outside and worse inside the rooms. The establishment looks nice but fails to live up to the contemporary hotel identity. Location was in a rough area and the pool was not cleaned while I stayed at the establishment.

There is NO AC in the double rooms. It was extremely HOT and uncomfortable the fan didn't do no help

There was not a single english speaking person on property which makes it very difficult for anyone to communicate issues unfortunately.
When i had booked online it had mentioned the room had AC. When i reached property they said no AC in room only fan. I asked them if AC room was available, and they said only for 2nd and 3rd day and charges were more for that. I had no choice but to pay and switch because sleeping in room with fan was very hot and air inside was humid, no exhaust in washroom.
After switching room on second day, they had shut off water supply, twice, and i had to go through explaining issue and resolve it without anyone understanding(google translate was the only option).
The breakfast and dinner was included but no vegeterian options. For people who are vegeterians, plz note.
Lastly the area around house is very shady and unsafe so take taxi.

Dos abanicos pequeños no son suficiente para el calor dentro de las habitaciones. . No pude usar piscina para mi gusto no se veía limpia... pero muy bien calidad precio el local.
