Pros:

What I loved most about our stay was how well the hotel accommodated our 3-year-old. The playroom and pool kept him happily entertained, which made the trip so much more relaxing for us as parents. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was good, and it’s hard to beat having both breakfast and dinner included. The location was also very convenient since it’s close to the airport.

Cons:

9/10 only because there was no air conditioning, but everything else made up for it.

An oasis in surrounding decay.
Pros:

The breakfast was subject to 2 options: I chose what appeared to be more complete: galo pinto (rice and beans), scrambled eggs, a toast in 2 halves, an artificial juice/other options. Rather disappointing in contrast to a hostel breakfast that preceded this stay - butter and a bowl of fruit were included.
The swimming pool could be taken better care of. - leaves, dead insects, etc.
Cleanliness, however, was invested in. Still, my room wasn´t cleaned the first day, under the excuse that most guests appeared to resent it (!!!!), to which was remarked guests should be queried about it at arrival.
The size of the room, the cleanliness, the bus stop at the exit of the hotel, the TV access, the lighting, the well-cooked food, the relaxing areas, the forgotten books exposition depot, some of the attendants attitude - some others were not so professional were much appreciated..

Cons:

The lack of proper communication, some incorrect information regarding buses frequencies and destinations, the lack of the shampoo when finally the room was cleaned, the sensation that the food was measured to the millimeter.

Nice Hotel, cute building, viööage like look.
Pros:

Nice facility, not much in the neighborhood a little far from markets and restaurants, but it worked for me. If you have a car rental, perfect. Taking taxis expected to pay $7 each trip to the center or take a motorcycle ride for less than $2 each ride.

Cons:

Too hot, they beed to intall AC, just the fan was not enough for a room.

The hotel doesn't provide shampooor soap or even towels. Unless it was avaiöable for purchase, but none in the room.

But they provide brakfast and dinner. Traditional Nicaraguan food, that was good since they are far from restaurants and markets.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was massive and bed comfortable.
We had an extra fan in addition to the ceiling one. which was good.
The food (Breakfast including coffee and dinner) was good and included in the rate.
The location close to the airport was great and although the hotel is situated in a neighbourhood that isn't great, the hotel itself surrounded by high walls and gates and security guard makes the place feel very safe. We've stayed here many times.
It has such an interesting style throughout. Love the place. I also stay at the Wayak which is I believe owned by the same people, when I want something a little bit more up market, very cosy, with air conditioning and more included food choice.

Cons:

The swimming pool looked grotty. If they have one it should be made appealing.

Parfait pour y passer la nuit après ou avant un départ du Nicaragua
Pros:

Chambre super spacieuse et confortable. L'hôtel est vraiment beau et pourrait vraiment passer dans une autre dimension avec les services associés.

Cons:

La piscine n'est plus entretenue et de ce fait inutilisable. Les oreillers étaient horribles mais le matelas confortable.

Correct pour une nuit de transit, mais sans plus.
Pros:

L'emplacement et la propreté de la chambre étaient vraiment bien. Pour le prix payé, qui incluait repas du soir ainsi que les petits-déjeuners, c'était très abordable. Le personnel était très sympathique aussi et avenant.

Cons:

La piscine était sale, la ventilation peu efficiente et c'était mal insonorisé. Au départ, nous avions une chambre sans air climatisée. Le problème n'était pas tant la chaleur dans la chambre que le fait qu'on avait l'impression d'étouffer par l'absence de ventilation. Nous avons finalement demandé une chambre avec une air climatisée et c'était beaucoup mieux. Aussi, le fait que les chambres soient sous un genre d'abri en métal rend les lieux supers échos. On entendait les gens parler, marcher dans les mégas aires communes. Le lit était super dur et peu confortable. Vers 3 h du matin, de la musique jouait à tue-tête (dehors ou à l'intérieur du bâtiment, je ne pourrais pas dire) et ça a duré jusqu'à 6 h.

Pros:

La habitación y cama amplias
La atención del personal.
Fácil acceso
La comida con buen sabor

Cons:

En la habitación no había jabón liquido para manos ni toalla para secarlas.
Como recomendación seria bueno que colocaran alfombras de tela o antideslizantes a la salida de la ducha, esto porque el piso es resbaladizo, más que todo por precaución.

Decepcionante gestion de reserva de habitaciones
Cons:

Hice la reserva por medio de una plataforma porque el hotel no disponia de web propia para reservar. Cuando finalice la reserva confirme que el dia que aparecia en la reserva no era el que yo deseaba.Seguidamente quise anular la reserva y no se me permitio.Escribi un mensaje informando de que ese no era el dia deseado para que me lo anularan e hice otra reserva en la que si aparecia el dia deseado. Me aloje en el hotel y les informe que me habian cobrado la reserva no utilizada. Me dijeron que me iban a devolver el importe de la reserva no utilizada y que anule mediante el email que les envie.
Paso el tiempo y comprobe que no me habian devuelto el importe.Me puse en contacto con el hotel y me dijeron que por politica de empresa no me iban a devolver el dinero, que lo habia perdido.
