Important information:

Elite Hotel & Spa is located in Mestre, a 10-minute tram ride from Venice (the tram stop is a 2-minute walk away) and 5.6 mi from Venice Marco Polo Airport. A bus to Mestre Train Station stops right in front of the property.

Rooms and apartments at the Elite are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a desk, a safe, complimentary mineral water, a kettle (some with a coffee maker), and a mini-bar. Private bathrooms include a hairdryer.
The apartments also feature a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine (in the apartment or in a common area).

Nice hotel in the proximity of Venice
Pros:

Clean and comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, very professional and attentive staff. Only 15 min by tram into Venice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, no restaurant or bar in the hotel. Internet connection a bit patchy.

Not quite a 4-star hotel
Pros:

The location is convenient, with easy access to Venice, the airport, and the train station. Breakfast was also decent.

Cons:

There were, however, several issues during our stay. Housekeeping can be improved, and initially the room lacked basic standards like proper mattress and pillow covers (though this was resolved after we raised it). The AC/ventilation and a bedside charging port didn’t work at first and took several days to be addressed.

While most issues were eventually fixed, the delays and lack of proactive communication were disappointing. That said, Marco at reception was consistently kind and helpful, assisting us at all hours (is there anyone else working the front desk?) and making a real difference in our experience.

Overall, the hotel is recently renovated and the stay improved over time, but service and responsiveness could be more in line with what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

Not a bad hotel outside of Venice
Pros:

Booked this hotel as part of an easy jet holiday to Venice. Not too far from the airport. Upon arrival staff were polite and friendly, spoke good English too. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom was also a good size and a great shower with toiletries available. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice from fruit and yogurt to cooked breakfast items. You could also use the coffee machine to take a morning coffee away with you. We don’t use the spa or the gym so can’t comment on that. Tram stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the centre of Venice and costs 1.50€ each way. Good little hotel if you’re happy to stay outside Venice centre.

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti all' hotel Elite e ci siamo trovati benissimo,iniziando dall'accoglienza dello staff alla pulizia della camera,alla ricca colazione per non parlare della meravigliosa SPA con piscina a sfioro! L'arredamento nuovo,moderno..design impeccabile!
Posizione strategica a 4 Min a piedi dalla fermata del tram che arriva fino a Venezia!
Lo consiglio vivamente! 😉

Se devo trovare una pecca, posso dire che nelle camere faceva troppo caldo! 🥵😅

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the area is not noisy and the breakfasts are great.

Cons:

The Spa is rather small, so we did not have the chance to visit it as it was always full.

Fantastic hotel - affordable luxury
Pros:

Spotless hotel, clean public areas, beautiful choice of wall prints and comfortable furnishings. Lovely reading area to relax in.
Excellent location for access to public transport. Bus stop is at the front door. Trams are a3 min walk. Area is very safe for walking around.
Staff are helpful, courteous and efficient. Their attention to detail is refreshing and delightful. The personal touches added to our bedroom by housekeeping, such as fresh flowers on our bed, confetti and balloons on a birthday were a beautiful suprise.
Didn’t have time to use spa but it offers a wealth of treatments.
Continental breakfast very good. Coeliacs catered for very well.

Cons:

Fox Restaurant wasn’t operational during our stay.
Cooked elements of breakfast (outside scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, rasher etc) are additional fee.
Apartments are Studio Apartments - description of this could be clearer when booking.
