Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het meeste beviel mij het personeel, mijn zussen hadden een kamer achter de receptie en ik en mijn vriend op de 4e verdieping. Ik sprak regelmatig met mijn zussen af voor activiteiten en soms stonden ze al buiten, het personeel wist dat en gaf dan door dat ze al buiten aan het wachten waren. Echt top!

De kamers waren erg groot en luxe. Verder wordt er niet dagelijks schoongemaakt maar kan je hier altijd om vragen. Mijn vriend en ik vroegen bijna elke dag vooral het vervangen van handdoeken en dat was nooit een probleem.

Het hotel staat bekend als lovehotel en daar waren er veel van in de buurt, aangezien het Japan is kan het ook geen kwaad en had ik er zelf geen probleem mee. Hotel kamers zijn vaak juist sfeervoller en groter dan de doorsnee hotelkamers in Tokyo. Liever dit dan een fancy wijk met een piepklein kamertje.

Cons:

Het was erg dichtbij het station, misschien iets te dichtbij want het zorgde helaas ook voor geluidsoverlast. Het voordeel was wel dat het dichtbij de JR lijn lag en dus overal snel bent.
De ramen zijn van enkel glas en de treinen rijden voor het hotel langs, was daardoor ook vroeg wakker. Wellicht zal dubbel glas hiertegen kunnen helpen want verder is het echt een goed hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación, queda muy cercano a la estación de metro linea JR.

Cons:

La primera pieza que nos entregaron tenia muchisimo olor a cigarrillo, la segunda igual pero tenia mejor ventilación lo que era mas “aceptable”
El hotel esta ubicado en un sector de Love Hotels. Sin embargo no es peligroso. Pero si se ve turbio el lugar.
El hotel acepta fumar en las piezas por lo que es muy probable que las piezas tengan olor a cigarro. Para que lo tengan en cuenta antes de reservar.
Ha pesar de la buena disposición del personal. El manager muy poco amable. No son transparentes en el detalle entregado en Booking ya que el Hotel es para personas Fumadoras.
Cuando indique lo del olor de la pieza el manager hizo.insinuación a que mi pareja fumaba y que por eso la pieza tenia olor a cigarro..

En fin, mala experiencia en mi opinión. Se agradece la buena disposición del personal pero no lo volveria a reservar

Do not stay here!
Pros:

This is a terrible hotel. Had to change hotel. They gave me two rooms. Both smelled like cigarettes. I have asthma and could not stay here.

Cons:

The staff was not helpful. She called the manager and he said that some of their rooms are smoking and it's the Booking/com website that advertises incorrectly. Manager said I had to claim reimbursement from Booking. This hotel is very sketchy.

A pleasant surprise.
Pros:

This hotel is brand new and in the Taito Ward. Our hotel room was very small by US standards but very clean. Like many Japanese hotels, there was no closet space but if you travel fairly light, this hotel will suit you well. The bathroom contained a bathtub/shower combo and a bidet style toilet. The staff was very helpful. When my GoTaxi app failed to function, staff member Yasukawa summoned a taxi and got us on the way to the airport.

Cons:

A little off the beaten path but close to a subway station. No closets.

Top and clean Hotel with super nice staff. Any time again.
Pros:

1. Staff is absolutely friendly and cute. They don’t speak English, but that hasn’t been a problem at all.

2. spacious room with separate toilet and shower

3. top location (directly located at a JR Line, Ueno Park only 10-15 min walking distance away, restaurants and supermarkets around the corner)

4. clean

5. good equipped

You have to be aware of the fact that it‘s a love hotel, but we absolutely loved it here and would come back at any time. Heard our neighbors just ones, when they were fighting.

Cons:

Missed a window, but we think it’s normal for this kind of hotel.
