Incredible first family holiday with our daughter
Pros:

We were absolutely blown away by this hotel. It was our first family holiday with our ten month old daughter, and our wedding anniversary, so we wanted to treat ourselves to something special and this hotel exceeded our (high) expectations. The view from our room was incredible, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool was immaculate . We took our daughter swimming three times during our stay, and had a great experience each time. The view from the pool was even better in person than in the photos we’d seen before the holiday! The hotel was perfectly situated, and we did day trips to Ljubljana, Bohinj, Kranjska Gora, but we were so glad we chose to stay here.

Nice, but room for improvement.
Pros:

Amazing position and views, the view from the pool is just charming. Rooms are nicely decorated.

Cons:

The AC isn’t working properly, and in our room the sewage kept coming up and reales up the whole room in the middle of the night. Upon informing the staff we did not even get an apology. For a hotel of this category, some things should be improved.

Amazing place to visit and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location, breakfast was delicious, staff were very helpful. The view of the lake from our balcony was stunning. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and outside area by the pool

Cons:

The only issue we had was the hotel still had the heating on so we could not use the air conditioning in the room which was very hot at night.

Sehr schlechter Service beim Frühstück.Tische wurden bei Gästewechsel nicht abgeräumt,sodass schöne Tische mit Aussicht nicht genutzt werden konnten, ebenso wurde leeres Geschirr nicht vom Tisch geräumt obwohl genug Personal herumstand.Hohe Parkgebühren.

Instalaciones perfectas con piscina, sauna, sala de masajes, restaurante....
Todo perfecto

Cons:

Uno de los días no nos hicieron el cuarto y tuvimos que bajar a solicitarlo.
La puerta de la terraza tenía el mango para abrir un poco dado de sí y no cerraba bien al 100%
