Parfait !
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville
On a pu laisser nos bagages jusqu'à la fin de lapres midi et on a même pu patienter dans le patio ombrzge et bien amenagé en attendant le taxi.

Cons:

Il manquait une éponge pour faire la vaisselle mais à part ça tout était parfait

Überteuert und dreckig.

Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.

Cons:

Klo und Dusche befinden sich außerhalb der Appartmens und sind kleine Holzhütten. Der Außenbereich in dem sich diese beiden befinden kann man auch nicht absperren. Mehrmals war das Licht im Klo an obwohl wir nicht zu Hause waren und wir es sicher ausgeschalten hatten…
Die Unterkunft hatte keinen richtigen Boden und die Türe war undicht, wir hatten mehrere Schaben in der Wohnung.
Im “Erdgeschoss” stand eine weiße angeranzte Couch, durch die ganzen Flecken drauf haben wir diesen Bereich eher gemieden.
Warmwasser hat anfangs natürlich auch nicht funktioniert.
In anderen Bewertungen wird die Unterkunft rustikal genannt, ich nenne das Abzocke. 120€ für 2 Nächte in dieser Bruchbude ist das Geld definitiv nicht wert.

Un poco de ruido por la noche, parece estaban trabajando, había una pipa de agua arrastrada sus mangueras,
Pero después de unas dos horas regreso la calma

If you are looking for a place to rest, this might not be the right place.
Pros:

Location was good and the staff was nice

Cons:

Facilities were in bad condition, specially the bathroom. The shower didn’t work properly.

Sleeping/resting isn’t guaranteed. Not sure why, but in my last morning ( the staff or the owner) started playing high volume music at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning.

Would definitely return - I felt like I was a local, totally comfortable in my surroundings.
Pros:

This is the perfect spot to stay in during your visit to Oaxaca. I opted for the small studio room, which feels like a great Brooklyn industrial loft vibe. My days were packed with activities so I didn't need a massive room with lounging areas - a great bed, strong wifi and perfect location were my only requirements. David made check-in so simple and even scheduled a taxi for my return to the airport. Everything you'll want to do in Oaxaca City is likely within steps - I walked absolutely everywhere - this place is in the heart of Centro with a great street art gallery and the best gay club of the city both located across the street. Coffee, mezcal, the best food you'll have (Empanadas del Carmen), art - all within 2 or 3 blocks.

Cons:

The shower could use a new shower head.

Wonder stay in a wonderful city.
Pros:

The apartment was perfectly located in the center. You can walk to the center in a few minutes.
When we needed help every problem was solved very quickly.

Quite chilled spot in great location
Pros:

Really lovely spot in a great location. Room was decorated really nice and had a lovely ambiance. Very quiet and tucked away. Staff were lovely too! Would definitely stay again

Cons:

Shower head sprayed at a weird angle and was fine when you got used to it
