Superb
Pros:

The week I spent here was fantastic! The staff was great, kind, and understanding with our limited knowledge of Japanese. The room was always spotless, and if we had a do not disturb sign up, a bag full of replacement toiletries, water, and whatever else you might need was left outside the door.

Breakfast was great every day, giving 2 options per day. Laundry was cheap and easy. Everything was super accommodating, and if/when I come to Japan again, I'll look to stay here.

Cons:

Jets didn't work in bath tub, but I wasn't too concerned about it.
