Fraud Property
Pros:

Nothing. This property is SCAM.

Cons:

The hotel is a FRAUD. They refused to give me the room despite me having a confirmed booking. They said they do not recognise bookings on BOOKING.COM. They were asking for a 100% extra charge and some other charge for tax, etc. I had to then hunt for another hotel nearby.

Please stay alert with this Hotel. It is nothing but FRAUD / SCAM.
