Decent place - lacks charm
Pros:

The one bed apartment is large and modern with a working kitchen and separate bathroom (not ensuite). Bathroom was smart and shower powerful enough. Good location for central Edinburgh.

Cons:

I stayed in the lower priced 1 bedroom apartment, which are all in the basement. This required closing curtains for privacy so it was a little gloomy. There are two TVs neither of which could be connected.

I have stayed in Edinburgh several times and experienced a variety of accommodations, but this apartment was truly outstanding. It is beautifully designed, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a very comfortable and high-quality atmosphere.
The location is excellent – situated in a quiet area, yet still within easy reach of the city centre, which makes it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the city.
We stayed in a ground-floor apartment overlooking a lovely inner garden, which added a special charm to the experience. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. I also noticed that it is very well prepared for families, with additional equipment available, which shows great attention to detail.
Due to travel circumstances, we had a late-night check-in, which I had informed the host about in advance. The communication was smooth and efficient throughout – the host was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating, making the whole process very easy for us.
Overall, I can only speak highly of this place. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely choose it again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

Well thought out, great location
Pros:

Very clean and well laid out, well provided with everything you need for a home away from home, perfect for a longer stay and much more than what you would need for a short stop. Prompt helpful response from management team. great location

Cons:

For me the bed was a bit soft as I prefer a very firm mattress, but there is a topper that could be removed if staying for more than a night

Pros:

Central yet quiet location. Extremely well equipped and decorated apartment. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, Irn Bru and shortbread were a lovely touch.

Una piacevole sosta in una delle capitali europee più belle.
Pros:

Soggiorno ideale in una delle più belle località turistiche di Europa.
Appartamento di nuova costruzione dotato di ogni confort per famiglie anche con bambini piccoli.
Ottimo anche la comunicazione coi proprietari sempre cortesi e disponibili e bel servizio del deposito bagagli offerto al giorno della nostra partenza.

Cons:

da migliorare la pulizia nei giorni della permanenza in particolare si potrebbe dotare la stanza almeno di una aspirapolvere che gli ospiti possano utilizzare

Excellent location for Princes Street and the Usher Hall. Exceptionally quiet and very comfortable.

Cons:

Only two of everything provided - including clothes hangers. Not good if you need to use more than two forks, spoons etc.

Cosy, classy city space. Just perfect!
Pros:

Central location, clean and neutral, well equipped kitchen and facilities. Easy access and bag storage. Great communication from host.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable but maybe that was just our personal experience, everything else was top rate!
