Pros:

the hotel was wonderful, the staff always friendly and smiling. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh every day. The view from the hotel is incredible. I recommend it to everyone.

Clean, kind staff and breathtaking view.
Pros:

This hotel was amazing, truly better than I expected. The view was breathtaking, the staff were incredibly kind, and the room pleasantly surprised me: modern, much nicer than the pictures online, and spotless. Breakfast was very varied and enjoyable.
We were a group of 5 and they gave us the rooms next to each other which was super fun.
Also, by mistake a made 2 different reservations (I had to add one more night) and they allowed me to stay in the same room without having to checkout-check in etc as I had to do in other hotels.

Pros:

Lovely friendly hotel with relaxed atmosphere. Very nice pool area and stunning views. Staff were really nice and helpful

Hotellista oli henkeäsalpaavat näkymät! Aamupala oli hyvä ja hotellihuone siisti. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja uima-allas alue hieno. Suosittelen hotellia lämpimästi

Cons:

Bussikuljetuksia olisi voinut mennä hieman useammin, mutta palveli hyvin meidän tarpeitamme. Hotellille saapuessa olisi ollut hyvä, että hotellilta olisi ilmoitettu ajoissa mistä bussikuljetus lähti hotellille, sillä sataman lähellä oli käytössä vain tilatakseja, jotka olivat todella kalliita. Parasta olisi ollut jos bussi olisi tehnyt myös nopean pysähdyksen satamassa, siitä olisi varmasti ollut monelle hyötyä, sekä hotellille saavuttaessa, että sieltä lähtiessä.

Pros:

The shuttle bus service was excellent, used and enjoyed the bus into Sorrento everyday.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was very limited from a hot food choice. We had received a room upgrade during our stay and I wish I had turned it down. We had originally older rooms overlooking trees and Sorrento town and we loved the donkey and chickens wake up call.

Superbe hotel, très jolie chambre et salle de bain, lit super confortable, une vue époustouflante pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Petite terrasse vue mer pour la chambre. Navette gratuite pour vous emmener à Sorrente.

Juste une accroche dans la salle de bain pour les vêtements.
