Good location, clean and tidy, and being an apartment we appreciated the full kitchen and laundry.. 2 bathrooms were good.
We encountered a minor sewer blockage of a toilet and sink, which we fixed ourselves as noone was available at the time. Overall the drainage was questionable, as one shower look about 20 mins to empty, as did the other sink. One staff member on reception didn't seem to enjoy working there, the rest of the staff were good. Washing machine didnt come with any laundry liquid. Its only a small thing but was inconvenient when not provided.
The staff was very nice the rooms were very clean entering for a 9-day stay the beds were very comfortable the bathrooms were very luxurious

It's a family-owned hotel with staff being polite, at service, but not too jumpy and hands-on - jusz peefect. The owner, who's also a filmmaker, is friendly and genuinely curious about their guests' experience. It's comfortable and immersed in a neighborhood mixing Bangkok's paradoxical experience of pure luxury and poverty. You won't lack good transportation connection or even great stuff just around the corner - brilliant street food, pubs, massage parlors, shopping spots. Very safe neighborhood.

Too noisy! Really noisy!
I rent a 2 bedroom apartment, I can hear the huge noise from motorcycles every minute, because the hotel is located on the across of 2 roads, and in Bangkok, there are sooooooooooo many motorcycles everywhere, I can’t fall asleep with these noises! No good sleep at all, although I stayed there for many days!
I had to moved to another hotel after I finished the work.
