Not Valuable and Bad Staff
Pros:

Location okay with F&B surrounding . Nice Room with toiletries . Moderate cleanliness & hygiene .

Cons:

Staff is very arrogant. Asked for receipt, receptionist didn't want to give it, told me to look for it myself on booking.com. Didn't want to guide on how to park with apps. There was no electricity in the middle of the night, had to go down to sleep in the car until there was electricity after 3 hrs. No warm welcome & farewell from staff. Have to pay for parking too. From the apps show can add on for breakfast with RM10/pax. But there's no any breakfast provided and being scolded from reception and not even apologise.

Nice hotel, good location.
Pros:

I like the bright LED mirror which is useful for doing makeup. Shower is nice too.

Cons:

There was shampoo but no soap provided.

It's very good if you just wanted to find a clean & comfotable place to stay!!
Pros:

The location is great!! Only minutes walk to Sunway Mall.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable!
The A/C is phenomenal
Basic necessities could be expected.

Cons:

The TV "is" always "broken!!" (and this is my 3rd stay)
The water heater isn't working properly always
The refrigerator is also not cool enough to store some medications and it's NOT adjustable whatsoever.
So if all these factors are left out (as broken and what not) then it's not as great value as it's supposed to be.
