I stayed at Hotel Golden Veena in Mount Abu and feel compelled to share my experience, as it fell short of acceptable hospitality standards. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the pillows were in poor condition with an unpleasant odor. The bathroom also lacked basic hygiene, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Additionally, the staff appeared untrained and not attentive to guest needs. Requests made at the reception were either delayed by 30 minutes or forgotten entirely, reflecting a lack of professionalism. The absence of a stable WiFi connection within the room further added to the inconvenience.

Pros:

Good for one night Stay.Stay on Fourth floor is not fit for Senior Citizen.

Cons:

One building have three hotels, in Which Golden Veena hotel have two floors Ground And Fourth floor. Myself Senior Citizen,And he allotted Fourth floor. So,I dislike.

PATHETIC STAY WORST HOTEL(LODGE) MOUNT ABU
Cons:

We ran away as soon as we saw the room conditions.. This place is not for family.. here only stags come to get drunk.. and vomit stains all around the room walls.. it was stinking.. insects were crawling on floor.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE EVEN IF ITS FREE..we asked for refund and they denied.. obviously..

If there is an award for WORST PLACE TO STAY IN mt.Abu.. Here it is..
