Super lokalizacja! Przestronny pokój - dało się rozłożyć 2 duże walizki. Pokój miał wszystko co potrzebne.
Było słychać hałas od ulicy, ale nie było to na tyle uciążliwe żeby stanowiło to problem.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was lovely and clean, fantastic to have washing machine/ dryer.
The fridge made some noises and we had some issues with the toilet. No deal breakers. We would definitely stay here again.
The rooms were more spacious than expected, the TV has Netflix and other streaming services available. The water pressure in the bathroom was great as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Very happy with everything
Lokacija, velicina sobe i pogotovo kupatila s obzirom na japanske dimenzije. Čisto je bilo i sve dosta lako razumljivo. Iako je vrlo blizu Kabucho je jako mirno unutar i okolo hotela. Osoblje mi je rado pomoglo i kod slabja kofera dalje.
Room was clean, and the complimentary stuff like coffee, shavers, hangers, towels, hair dryer was nice.
Bed is comfortable, room temperature is good
Location is 5-10 mins walk from Shinjuku station, but still also near smaller quieter streets with lots of restaurants and cafés

Sauna not included in hotel price, and the discount was not very large. If you want to use the sauna with different genders, you have to pay more to book separate private sauna rooms.
The location was great as it’s within 10-15 minutes walk of Shinjuku station and the main areas of Shinjuku. Despite being so close to everything it was secluded enough to be fairly quiet (not much traffic or local noise) and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner/coffee. There were amenities available at the front desk (no pjs FYI) and we felt secure in that you needed a key card to get in after-hours, and the key card at all times to operate the lift. Staff were friendly. We booked the budget double room and it was a good size for two people as we had space for both our suitcases on the floor and the table and chairs. Bathroom was also a comfortable size based on what we have come to expect from accommodation in Japan.
The mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for mine and my partner’s liking however we have come to understand this is fairly standard across Japan. There was some slight noise at night, it sounded a bit like a generator hum however it wasn’t constant and it didn’t interrupt us getting to sleep.

J'aurais aimé essayer le sauna mais personnellement le prix m'a arrêtée. Autour de 4000 yens pour 1h30. Pas le choix de prendre un. 30 ou 60 minutes. J'aurais aimé. Quil y ait de meilleurs rabais pour les clients de l'hôtel
La chambre était petite , donc pensez pas vous relaxer le soir a l'hôtel. Mais tout de même fonctionnel. De toutes façons, à Tokyo on ne reste pas dans la chambre :))
