Very poor
Pros:

The only thing I like is the host and her employees, that's it.

Cons:

First of all, This review is for Nam Duong 1 hotel as I did not stay in this room, I was move to Nam Dương 1 without any head up, I was fine with this too since it's quite close and the lady work there also nice enough to help me carry my bags. But it's all over when I enter the room. It's the dirtiest room I've ever booked. There's no closet to hang your clothes, only some metal hooks on the wall. There's a small cabinet for you to put your phone or some small thing on but there's no electrical socket nearby. In fact, the socket is on the other side of the room, on top of the fridge. The bed has multiple stains on it, I received only 1 and a half pillow =]] and the blanket seem to be used more than 10 years as it has turn into off white color. The toilet wall was poorly built, the trash can didn't have any nylon bag in it and the mirror looked like it was vomited on by someone. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here.
