Les nuisances sonores constantes (personnes qui parlent fort dans les couloirs (notamment le personnel), restaurant de l’hôtel très bruyant depuis la chambre et on entend beaucoup les bateaux (notamment très tôt le matin))

Dörren till rummet hade fyrsiffrigt kodlås.
Vid midnatt öppnades vår dörr (när vi sov). Receptionen hade tagit fel rum (av misstag) vid incheckning av annan gäst (sade det…). Helt oacceptabelt att någon öppnar vår dörr mitt i natten!!!

Excelente ubicación y gran vista
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todos los puntos de interés y la vista era inigualable sobre todo desde el restaurante.
El restaurant en sí, está muy bien calificado y tiene un excelente servicio.

Cons:

la habitación tenía poca privacidad si abrías las cortinas, pues daba a un patio común.

Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα και τα δωμάτια ηταν οκ.

Cons:

Είχαμε πολλα προβλήματα με το προσωπικό στο πρωινό, την ασφάλεια κυρίως στο μέρος και την οργάνωση και οι μπαλκόνοπορτες δεν κλειδωναν πράγμα απαράδεκτο για μια τέτοια επικίνδυνη περιοχή.

Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, banheiro espaçoso e toalhas grandes . Ponto positivo a localização.

Cons:

Fizemos reserva com vista para ao mar e não tivemos. Não tem escova de limpeza no banheiro. O ar condicionado estava com defeito, o cofrinho com defeito e café da manhã ruim. O recepcionista ofereceu de trocar de quarto o dia seguinte mas iríamos embora.

Ein wirklich in allen Belangen freundliches, zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites Personal!!!
Das Zimmer war schön, jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser, das Badezimmer hatte eine richtig tolle Dusche mit perfekter Temperaturregelung und Wasserstrahl.
Die Frühstücksterrasse ist wirklich traumhaft und wir haben das Frühstück an allen drei Tagen sehr genossen.
Die Lage auf dem Cerro Alegre ist perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superó mis expectativas
Pros:

Los chicod de la recepción fueron muy amables. Álvaro nos ayudó con las indicaciones para llegar a los lugares que queriamos visitar. La habitacion muy cómoda y limpia y la vista al mar espectacular. Nos dejaron dejar las valijas luego del check out. Volveríamos sin dudas!

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut & recht sicher, mit schönem Ausblick & Essensmöglichkeiten im Umfeld. Zwei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren auch sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit- ein Dritter Kollege gab mir leider leider beim check in das Gefühl ihen zu stören!
Da es keinen Lift gibt wurde mir von den beiden netten Mitarbeitern mit dem Gepäck geholfen..

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider nicht besonders gut gepflegt - grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus es fehlt aber an allen Ecken und Enden an der nötigen Luebe zur Sorgfalt & zum Detail. Mein Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt & in die Jahre gekommen. Auch beim Frühstück gabs einen sehr "saloppen" uninteressierten" Servicemitarbeiter.. Die junge Mitarbeiterin wusste wie man Gäste bewirtet. Leider sprang auch eine Katze auf meinen Frühstückstisch während ich as. Das geht gar nicht!
Mein Zimmer lag in der ersten Etage zur Straße und war von allen Seiten laut und hellhörig. Zum Glück wirds im und vor dem Haus gegen 23,30 generell ruhiger. Die Treppe in die Stockwerke ist nur

aus einem Eisengitter beschaffen und da muß man schon recht aufpassen nicht zu stolpern.
