Grato y confortable
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable en el cerro Concepción. Las vistas desde habitación hacia el mar, solo se dan de habitaciones de mayor valor. El desayuno bien servido y bien atendido de mucha calidad. Además con una bella vista al mar.

Cons:

El desayuno debiera comenzar a las 07.30, considerando que hay viajeros que van por trabajo como fue mi caso. De todos modos, el hotel ofrece una solución alternativa que es llevar el desayuno a la habitación, pero no es el mismo glamour y estandar de tomar el desayuno en la terraza.

Hôtel bien situé sur les collines, sur plusieurs niveaux, proche de l’ascenseur à crémaillère qui monte du port. Belle vue sur le port depuis la terrasse du restaurant. Quartier agréable pour une ballade à pied.

Pros:

En séjour au Chili, nous y sommes retourné pour la la 2eme fois contents de notre 1ere expérience en arrivant à Valparaiso. Établissement top : emplacement, propreté, confort et magnifique vue sur mer de la chambre, bon petit déjeuner et grande gentillesse du personnel.

Le manque de variété du petit dej : tous les jours les mêmes propositions.

En general me gustó todo, como mejora… algunas partes de la habitación podrían tener un lavado de cara… pintura, madera, humedad pero de momento no interfiere en el disfrute de la habitación

Situation exceptionnelle dans le centre historique de Valparaiso avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la baïonnette à travers de grandes baies vitrées. L’emplacement au cœur des cerros les plus agréables à visiter.
La possibilité de garder les bagages.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très succinct proposé par un personnel désagréable. Chambre au 1er étage : beaucoup de bruit venant du restaurant.
Dans la chambre, impossible de régler la température, des lampes ne fonctionnent pas.

Pros:

Le meilleur et l'unique attractif c'est le Cerro Concepcion. Pour le reste pas terrible.
