Bella ubicación, servicios colapsados
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional y la vista muy hermosa. El restaurante tiene unas terrazas amplias y muy agradables.

Cons:

La habitación era estrecha, no funcionaba la luz de la terraza, casi no quedaba nada de lo que estaba puesto en el menú (se había agotado todo lo que tuviera carne y casi todo tipo de pescado).

Lovely little hotel in Cerro Concepcion
Pros:

Really lovely little hotel in the middle of pretty Cerro Concepción. Great ocean views from the hotel's terrace. We got a good night's sleep as it's quiet at night and comfortable mattress. Good breakfast of omelette sandwich, pancakes, fruit etc. Friendly and helpful reception staff who speak English. Good value.

Chambre au deuxième étage sans ascenseur (après toutes les montées à faire dans Valparaiso)
Petit déjeuner servi sur une terrasse en plein vent
Pas de frigo et peu de rangement dans la chambre
Pas d’espace commun pour se détendre en dehors de la chambre

A great place in a great city!
Pros:

Great location, staff & facilities. Good breakfast. Prompt replies re queries.

Cons:

AC stopped working on 2nd night. Staff says it happens periodically. Fans not available. Thank you for the discount.

Pros:

It is close to the touristic area of Valparaiso (Cerro Concepcion, Cerro Alegre, ...). The breakfast is good, and offers a good view - when there's no fog :-)

Cons:

The room gets street noise late in the night, because several bars/restaurants in the neighborhood are open, especially Saturday/Sunday. On weekdays it is less noisy (I didn't stay on Friday night, though).

La cercanía de muchos lugares de interés, que tiene un bar que conecta con el hotel donde puedes ir a comer o beber algo con tranquilidad

Cons:

El penúltimo día de nuestra estancia se arruinó al baño, nos pidieron no usar la ducha por esa noche, dieciendo que al otro día todo volvería a normalidad, eso no pasó, había muy mal olor en todo el hotel y la solución para poder ducharnos era ir a un hotel en frente para conseguirse una ducha.

Pros:

La vista de la habitación era muy linda, la atención del personal muy atentos y amables, nos dieron un trago de cortecia para cobrar en el bar junto al hotel, también la ubicación es cerca de distintos puntos de interés, el desayuno es a la carta pero nos parecio muy completo, se agradece el café en la habitación y las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado volveríamos a ir nos sentimos muy cómodos

Es un detalle pero podría haber algun pequeño frigobar para guardar agua helada sobre todo en verano y el tiempo de espera del desayuno podría mejorar en particular cuando hay varias mesas a la vez, la limpieza de nuestra habitacion estaba bien pero notamos una cortina manchadas pero esto mo afectó nuestra experiencia.

Un hotel atípico y muy simpático con un onda joven y creativa
Pros:

El restaurante, muy buena atención, comida agradable y una excelente cerveza artesanal :)

Cons:

Todo bien. No es un reclamo, pero la habitación es bastante pequeña y el baño muy integrado. Sugiero cambiar la puerta de vidrio que está pesada y no cierra bien.
