Overall a nice stay and good value for money with a decent location
Pros:

Very Friendly staff/Manager lady at the front desk. Good Value for money. Walking distance to Soi Buakhao

The towels were not great.

I would stay somewhere closer to the centrenext time.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable enough and the room relatively clean.
A good restaurant downstairs with a wide and available menu, but slightly pricey compared to places nearby.
Had a reasonably effective refridgerator, which was very useful.
A very large 7/11 very close and obviously useful, but nothing much else nearby

Cons:

The design of the bathroom was unusual and a bit dark.
There were plenty of sharp edges in the bathroom and living room.
Not much in the way of things to do, despite the large anount of tourists in the vicinity.
This area is more of an accommodation centre, as well as a residential area.

Pros:

Room was spacious and had balcony with view on the city.

Cons:

It could be cleaned better. Some of the furniture haven't been cleaned for ages.
Asked for the towel for bathroom floor, did not receive one.
