Great if you just want a place to sleep near the Vancouver airport.
Pros:

We just needed a room near the airport so we can catch a morning flight. This fit the bill. Easy checkin and good instructions. The bed was comfortable, the room had all the essentials, the bathroom was shared but cleaned. We arrived late and left early, so we did not encounter anyone. Easy Parking on the street.

Cons:

For just one night, it was what we needed.

Pros:

C'est grand, les propriétaires sont réactifs, arrangeant, sympatique.
Pour passer une nuit de transit ou quelques jours a prix raisonnable, c'est le logement idéal.
Quartier calme, maison propre et en bon état.
Que du positif.
Si besoin , c'est là que je retournerai !

I would not recommend it for an elderly person with no car.
Pros:

Very pleasant host. Fairly close to the airport. Coffee and tea provided.

Cons:

No breakfast and the nearest cafe/restaurant was a long walk. Shared bathroom. Shower needs instructions and grab bars. Difficult for someone of older age.
