A very difficult first night, but handled responsibly and professionally by the hotel staff next day.
Pros:

The property itself was comfortable and conveniently located. the hotel staff responded quickly and professionally when we experienced a major problem during our first night. They contacted the police, removed the guests responsible, and reassured us that they would not be allowed to return.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our first night was extremely distressing. A group of guests caused an unacceptable level of noise and disturbance around midnight, and we were unable to sleep. We were travelling with our children and did not feel safe. The situation became serious enough that the police had to attend, remove the guests from the property, and one person was reportedly detained. The disturbance was eventually resolved at around 1:30 a.m.

Although this was clearly caused by other guests rather than the hotel itself, it significantly affected our stay. I hope the property can consider stronger measures to prevent similar situations in the future.

Mala elección!
Pros:

Excesivamente caro, para lo que es. Pasamos la noche, con intención de descansar, para continuar el viaje, pero casi no hemos pegado ojo. El aislamiento acústico, tanto del ruido exterior como del interior, pésimo.
La noche anterior páramo en un 4 estrellas, con desayuno incluido, un hotel excelente por donde se mire, y, solo por 10€ más.

Cons:

Casi todo.

Parfait pour une escale !!
Pros:

L'hôtel est superbe, à côté d'un arrêt de transport, et le ventilateur au plafond à sauvé notre nuit ! Les petites attentions du personnel ont été fortement apprécié. Les communs étaient relativement propres ce qui est rare ! C'est à souligner même si cela dépend des voisins

Cons:

Nous avions une odeur de cigarette à l'arrivée, nous avons réussi à la faire partir avec des aérations et cela n'a pas impacté notre séjour ! Mais puisque c'est un logement non fumeur peut être être plus regardant sur les anciens locataires ?

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs. La facilité du check-in via un simple code à l'entrée, réalisable à toute heure. L'amabilité de l'hôte et la facilité d'échanger avec lui. Les petites attentions, notamment le café, les serviettes, les brosses à dent, etc.

Cons:

Le bruit : l'auberge est une maison, dans laquelle les bruits de pas ou de chute d'objets se répercutent fortement dans les autres pièces. En fonction des voisins que vous aurez, ça peut être plus ou moins dérangeant. De plus, il y a une route juste en face et un train qui passe le matin. Globalement, entre 22h et 6h-7h, il y a peu de bruit, profitez-en pour dormir !

Todo muy limpio y puedes cocinar y lavar si lo necesitas, personal muy atento y amable.

Está enfrente de la via del tren aunque por la noche no pasan mucho los trenes.

El check-in no fue todo lo fácil que esperaba, no se nos proporcionó la clave tras introducir los datos de los huéspedes y tuvimos que llamar a dos números para obtener la clave de entrada.
Al entrar hacía mucho calor en el vestíbulo, cosas sobre la mesa, un equipo de aire acondicionado portátil apagado y sensación de dejadez y desorden.
En la habitación hacia calor, demasiado para poder dormir. Sin el ventilador del techo no hubiéramos podido.
El somier de la cama no corresponde en tamaño con el colchón y he dormido incómodo, es 30cm mas pequeño que el colchón, eso es inadmisible.
Si abres las ventanas para poder respirar en la noche y poder dormir con un poco de fresco, el tren te molesta.
Creo que nos tocó la peor habitación que tiene.
El precio es excesivo, creo que lo anterior lo dice todo.

Hosts were very friendly and so helpful, even lending us the public transport card to make travel easy.

Great location right beside train station which was a great option for leaving car and taking the train into Bilbao. Comfortable room and quiet area.

Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso e na cozinha partilhada existe tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia.

Cons:

O facto de ser junto a uma estação de comboios faz com que bem cedo se comece a ouvir o barulho dos comboios.
