Quick response by the host. Easy to take the train to the centre of Bilbao.
Kitchen for disposal,, was well equipped for cooking and with washing machine, dryer, fridges with big space for every room.

Cons:

We got a code to enter on the keypad to open the door. However, the display (numbers) of the keypad could not be read as it has been used very often.

Pros:

Metro station direct aan de overkant. Supermarkt op loopafstand

Cons:

Door de houten vloeren is het wat gehorig. Het is maar een klein hotel dus het ongemak was miniem

Pros:

Nous avons fortement apprécié le confort du lit et la propreté des lieux. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'hôte nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt et répondait très rapidement aux messages. Le restaurant le petit komité juste à côté était excellent.

Pros:

1. Muy limpio
2. Aunque no puedes regular la temperatura, tenía calor lo cual se agradece en estas fechas.
3. Cuarto de baño privado y habitación con buenas dimensiones
4. La persona de la limpieza que nos cruzamos es muy agradable.
5. Ventanas grandes
6. Sobres de café con leche gratis; además de vasos, una jarra de agua y tetera eléctrica en la habitación. También te dejan un secador y artículos de aseo gratis.
7. Cocina compartida grande con todo tipo de electrodomésticos.
8. Ducha accesible pero pequeño desagüe

Cons:

1. No se podía regular la temperatura
2. No hay persona en la recepción
3. No está en el centro pero se encuentra cerca y tienes enfrente la estación de tren
4. No tiene rampa en el acceso, sino alrededor de 4 escalones, para personas mayores o con discapacidad

Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Habitación acogedora y anfitriona pendiente del bienestar de sus huéspedes

La habitación muy bonita y en perfecto estado.
Limpia y acogedora.
Ainhoa la anfitriona nos recomendó sitios donde cenar durante nuestra estancia, encantadora.
Buena ubicación, cerca del casco urbano y con la estación de EuskoTren al lado.
Muy buena experiencia, repetiría sin pensarlo
