Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed our time at the property.
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool and the size of the townhouse and the supply of pool towels was helpful.

Cons:

The remote control for the TV didn’t work properly, the pillows were a little hard and the shutters were hard to move.

Great value for money and perfect location close to everything
Pros:

I always love oaks. This was a little different from the Swimouts we normally stay in, but it was just as good. The family loved it. Lots of space, which is always helpful, and the plunge pool was definitely a highlight.

Cons:

The neighbours were noisy, unfortunately.
the kitchen is decent, but multiple adults cooking made it a little cramped, but other than that, it was great!

We had a wonderful time! Al in all we are very happy.
Pros:

It is a wonderful resort in Port Stephens with the largest pool on the Southern Hemisphere. The rooms were big, comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The heated private plunge pool was fantastic.

Cons:

The garage is a bit small and the pass cards for vehicle access to the resort didn't work. The jets in the plunge pool spa were very weak.

516 property was amazing, so much space. All the appliances are top of the range and has everything that you need for your stay, it was also very clean. We very much appreciated the two bottles of wines and the box chocolates on arrival. Thank you for a fabulous holiday away from home.

the restaurant was only open on weekends during the day. we have stayed there years ago and it used to be open in the day during the week.
