Pros:

Very clean and in a good location.

Cons:

I asked to extend my checkout time for a couple hours due to severe illness and was denied this request. I spoke with Keely, who then asked a manager to honor my request, especially considering how physically unwell I appeared. I was only given the option to pay for another night. It is a shame that compassion for guests is not considered a priority for hospitality management.

Very bad experience, never again!
Cons:

I booked the hotel including breakfast for 4 people, but when we went to breakfast, we were told that only 2 people can have breakfast. I checked with front desk and was told that there were only 2 people in their system, this often happens with booking. I asked platform, and they let me to contact hotel. I wrote to the hotel again, till now no reply.
The breakfast for two people is not much, but the way of dealing with claims makes me very disappointed.
