Rear door to rear parking lot wasn't always open, even with a room cardkey, so you had to go around to get to the rear parking lot.

My reservation at Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North explicitly listed 'Free parking' right alongside 'Airport shuttle'. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me that parking is only free during active room nights and long-term stay-and-fly parking is strictly prohibited. Because of this misleading information on the app, I was forced to pay extra for third-party off-site airport parking. I am requesting a partial refund/reimbursement of $75 to cover this unexpected expense.

I loved everything about the hotel the location was perfect everything was perfect.
There needs to be more parking we got back to the hotel around 1:00 a.m. and there was no parking we was told that we had to park across the street and walk across in the dark and there was a big water main break that morning so when we went to take our showers there was no water pressure and we didn't know anything was going on until we called the front desk I feel like they should have let everyone know whether that was calling the rooms or sliding a paper under the door alerting us they should have let us know something
